today on 22/10/2017: Some unidentified gunmen entered into compound of Bilal ah. wagay s/o Ab. Ghani wagay R/o Seer village of Tral and shot dead Yasmeena(18yrs old), daughter of Ghulam Rasool Bhat, resident of Khonmoh(came to her Sister's house in seer) and injured Rubeena (35 yrs old) , daughter of Muhammad Shafi, resident of Seer .
*Surprisingly no one condemned these civilians Women's killings no call for harta.. painful silence *

In order to get co-operation of general public for effective policing especially in view of the mass hysteria wherein their are reports of braid chopping in whole kashmir valley every single day, a Police Public Meeting was called by SHO P/S Tral DySP prob. Surinder Verma and Inspector GM Rather under the supervision of SDPO Tral DySP Ajaz Ahmad in Police station Tral. In the meeting,Numberdars and chowkidars of the Tral area participated.
During the meeting the focus was on the recent hair chopping incidents and other issues of public concern like drugs, roads, transport, lack of necessary stationery and other facilities for numberdars , etc were also raised. Contact numbers were shared for easy flow of information . Police offered full support to sort out issues and reach out to public to find solutions by mutual trust and cooperation .

The wall climbing awareness camp under civic action programme is going to be held in two phases w.e.f 12 September to 15.10.2017
