Inter-House PPT Competition

Great ideas become powerful when expressed with confidence.

G.D. Goenka Public School, Bahadurgarh witnessed an engaging Inter-House PPT Competition on 26 August 2026 for students of Classes IX–XII.

Students from all four Houses showcased their creativity, research skills, teamwork and presentation abilities through thoughtfully prepared PPTs, presenting their ideas confidently on stage.

The results were announced by our Principal, Ms. Rimpy Verma, who appreciated the enthusiastic participation and efforts of the students.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed Chairperson, Ms. Shailaja Joon, for providing students with such enriching platforms to explore, innovate and shine.

Special Assembly by Grade V on Raksha Bandhan

A special assembly on Raksha Bandhan was presented by the students of Grade V at GD Goenka Public School, Bahadurgarh. The assembly beautifully celebrated the cherished bond of love, care, and affection between brothers and sisters.

The students presented an engaging skit and vibrant dance performances, portraying the emotions, love, playful moments, and everlasting bond shared between siblings. Their confident performances and enthusiastic participation made the celebration meaningful and enjoyable for everyone.

The assembly was addressed by our respected Principal Ma’am, Ms. Rimpy Verma, who appreciated the students for their wonderful performances and highlighted the significance of Raksha Bandhan as a celebration of love, respect, and mutual care among siblings.

The assembly concluded on a joyful note, leaving everyone with a warm reminder that the bond between brothers and sisters is truly precious and everlasting.

Today, the students of the Community Club visited a nearby Anganwadi as part of a meaningful community outreach initiative. The visit provided our students with an enriching opportunity to interact with the young children and celebrate the beautiful festival of Raksha Bandhan with them. Our students lovingly tied rakhis to the children, while the girls of Anganwadi also tied rakhis to our boys. Additionally, some of our girls tied rakhis to the Anganwadi staff members, making the celebration even more special.

To showcase their love and warmth, our students distributed fresh fruits among the children of Anganwadi. In return, they warmly offered protein bars to our students, making the exchange truly heartwarming.

Special thanks to GD Goenka Public School for providing our students with such valuable opportunities and experiences, enabling them to learn the important values of empathy, kindness, sharing and community participation beyond the classroom.

GD Goenka Public School, Bahadurgarh Shines at District Badminton Championship

Success is the result of hard work, dedication, and the courage to never give up.

It is a moment of immense pride for GD Goenka Public School, Bahadurgarh, as our young shuttlers delivered an impressive performance at the Open District Badminton Championship, held at Shining Star Academy on 18th August 2026.

Five talented students represented the school, showcasing remarkable skill, determination, discipline, and sportsmanship. Three of our promising players secured Runner-Up positions in their respective events:

* Dhruv Rathee – U-11 Singles – 2nd Position
* Abhinav – U-15 Singles – 2nd Position
* Ronak – U-15 Doubles – 2nd Position

Their outstanding achievements are a reflection of their hard work, perseverance, dedication, and commitment to excellence. Their performance has brought immense pride and honour to the school and serves as an inspiration to their fellow students.

Chairperson Mrs. Shailaja Joon, Director Academics Dr Suchita Bhattacharya, and Principal Ms Rimpy Verma congratulated the students on their commendable achievements and appreciated their sincere efforts, dedication, and sporting spirit.
