The major aim of the scheme is to facilitate access to a wide range of services to women affected by violence.

Training and capacity building programmes were conducted for Child Welfare Police Officers, POCSO Support Persons, members of the Special Juvenile Police Unit (SJPU), Supervisors, and all ground-level staff, with the objective of strengthening coordination and enhancing their roles in the protection of children from offences. These efforts aim to ensure the effective implementation of the POCSO Act, Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, and other child protection laws.

*संघर्ष से आत्म निर्भरता की ओर : सीमा बनी सशक्तिकरण की मिसाल*

सीमित संसाधनों में पली-बढ़ी सीमा (परिवर्तित नाम) ने विषम परिस्थितियों में भी हार नहीं मानी और आज वह कई महिलाओं के लिए प्रेरणा का स्रोत बन चुकी है। माता पिता द्वारा रोजगार गारंटी योजना के तहत मजदूरी करके सीमा को बी.ए तक की शिक्षा दिलाई, सामाजिक रीति-रिवाजों के अनुसार उसका विवाह संदीप (परिवर्तित नाम) से हुआ, परंतु यह संबंध शीघ्र ही मानसिक और शारीरिक हिंसा में तब्दील हो गया सीमा को गाली गलोज देकर मारपीट करना उसके रंग रूप को ले के भद्दी टिप्पणी कर गर्भावस्था के दौरान ही उसे घर से निकाल दिया गया।
बेबस और असहाय स्थिति में सीमा ने अपने माता-पिता की सहायता सेवन स्टॉप सेंटर, बालाघाटकी शरण ली। जहाँ वन स्टॉप सेंटर प्रशासक सुश्री रचना चौधरी द्वारा उसे नि:शुल्क परामर् पुलिस साहयता, कानूनी सहायता तथा घरेलू हिंसा अधिनियम 2005 के तहत घरेलु हिंसा रिपोर्ट माननीय न्यायालय में दर्ज कराया गया | परियोजना अधिकारी श्री पियूष बोपचे के प्रयासों से ‘एकल माता’ के रूप में प्रकरण तैयार कर योजना का लाभ सुनिश्चित किया गया।
वन स्टॉप सेंटर बालाघाट से सीमा को-रिक्शा चलाने का प्रशिक्षण वर्ष 2024 से प्रदान किया गया तथा चार-पहिया वाहन का ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस भी बनवाया गया। इसके पश्चात मुख्यमंत्री उद्यम क्रांति योजना के अंतर्गत उसे दिनांक-15/05/25 को ई-रिक्शा उपलब्ध कराया गया। अब सीमा स्वावलंबन की राह पर अग्रसर है और अपने जीवन में नए अध्याय की शुरुआत कर चुकी है।

आज सीमा सिर्फ एक पीड़िता नहीं, बल्कि साहस, आत्मबल और पुनर्निर्माण की प्रतीक बन चुकी है। उसकी कहानी इस संदेश के साथ गूंजती है कि अगर हौसला हो, तो हर अंधेरा उजाले में बदला जा सकता है।
