লাতুর (মহারাষ্ট্র): ‘ককরোচ জনতা পার্টি’র সভাপতি অভিজিৎ দীপকের নেতৃত্বে পরিচালিত ‘স্কুলগুলো ঠিক করো’ অভিযানের অংশ হিসেবে লাতুর জেলার আওসায় অবস্থিত সেন্ট্রাল প্রাইমারি জেলা পরিষদ স্কুলে (জেডপি স্কুল) একটি চাঞ্চল্যকর ঘটনা সামনে এসেছে। স্কুলটির একটি সামাজিক নিরীক্ষায় দেখা গেছে যে, অন্যান্য বেসরকারি স্কুলের ছাত্রছাত্রীদের শ্রেণিকক্ষে নিয়ে আসা হচ্ছিল।

অভিজিৎ দীপকের জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের সময় শিশুরা নিজেরাই ক্যামেরার সামনে স্বীকার করে যে তারা একটি বেসরকারি স্কুলে পড়ত এবং তাদের সেখানে আনা হয়েছিল। তবে, স্কুলের প্রধান শিক্ষক বিষয়টি ধামাচাপা দেওয়ার চেষ্টায় দাবি করেন যে শিশুরা কাছের একটি উর্দু স্কুলের ছাত্র ছিল। এই ঘটনার একটি ভিডিও সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় দ্রুত ভাইরাল হচ্ছে, যা জেলা পরিষদ স্কুলগুলিতে ভুয়া ছাত্রসংখ্যা দেখানোর এই প্রথা নিয়ে গুরুতর প্রশ্ন তুলেছে।

‘Will Reality Change by Hiding Schools?’: CJP’s Abhijit Dipke Demands Accountability

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijit Dipke questioned why governments should restrict public access to schools, asking authorities to show citizens the condition of government schools and the work carried out for children.

Dipke said merely hiding the condition of schools would not change the reality on the ground, and argued that people should be able to see the infrastructure provided for children, particularly those from poorer families.

Referring to CJP volunteer Shaik Abdul Hafeez, Dipke alleged that Abdul’s father was killed by people associated with the BJP and claimed that some BJP members were among those arrested. The incident occurred in Bankura after Abdul and his family were allegedly attacked following his visit to a government school as part of CJP’s “School Thik Karo” campaign.

The BJP has denied an organisational connection to the incident, while police have arrested eight people as the investigation continues.

Dipke also highlighted Abdul’s earlier participation in the Jantar Mantar youth movement, saying he had played an active role in the campaign.
