Collective Spirit of Civil Society Sonawari .
In Civil Society Sonawari (CSS), every member , irrespective of position or status, holds equal authority and dignity to represent their respective area. Each has the right to put forth the genuine issues, needs, or demands of their locality, and it becomes the moral and collective responsibility of the entire body to listen, support, and stand with them at every corner.
We must recognize two forms of representation.
(1)- Joint Causes , where an issue concerns multiple areas and requires a united, cooperative approach.
(2)- Individual Area Demands ,where a matter pertains to a specific locality but holds equal importance and weight as any larger cause.
Every demand, whether small or big, carries significance. The moment a member raises a concern, it becomes the responsibility of all of us to treat it as our own and work together for its redressal. To ensure proper coordination and effective advocacy, such matters should be shared with the Core Group, so that a clear and result oriented strategy can be framed.
Our area of concern and service is the entire Sonawari region , including adjoining belts like Safapora and its villages.
Wherever the issue lies, it belongs to area of operation as a whole and some time beyond. We must rise above boundaries and stand united for our collective cause.
Let us nurture a culture where no one feels apart, no one feels ignored, and every member feels honoured and respected.
There should be no space for superiority or inferiority ,only shared commitment, equal respect, and one mission with appropriate discipline.
To uplift, represent, and serve Sonawari with unity, dignity, and collective strength.
Together we rise, together we serve , for a better Sonawari and adjoining areas of operation.

"The Light of Humanity, Nurturing Culture, Compassion, and Nature, Desire of a Civilzed society"
Let us take a moment to reflect on ,what it truly means to be human. Humanity is not defined merely by our existence, but by the depth of our conscience, the compassion in our hearts, and the integrity of our actions. It is the ability to feel, to understand, to respect, and to uplift others. It is in our kindness to strangers, our care for the weak, our patience with the flawed, and our courage to stand for justice.
Humanity is the quiet strength that binds families, communities, and nations together, creating a sense of belonging and mutual respect.
Culture is the mirror of our humanity. It is the collection of our stories, traditions, languages, arts, and wisdom accumulated over centuries. Guarding our culture is not mere nostalgia, it is preserving the soul of our identity. When we honor our cultural roots, we teach future generations to value knowledge, respect heritage, and live with purpose. In doing so, we connect past, present, and future in a continuous chain of dignity and understanding.
Social bonds are the invisible threads that weave our individual lives into the fabric of society. These bonds are nurtured through empathy, trust, and shared responsibility. Every act of cooperation, every word of encouragement, and every effort to resolve conflict strengthens this fabric. Without these bonds, society crumbles into isolation, suspicion, and despair. By nurturing them, we ensure that no one walks alone in life, and that every voice, especially the marginalized, is heard and valued.
Our manners, ethics, and respect for rights are the pillars that elevate us above mere survival. They define the difference between civilization and chaos. Upholding them in daily life, through honesty in business, fairness in judgment, humility in knowledge, and gratitude in relationships, creates a society where justice is not a distant ideal, but a living reality. Every child who learns respect, every adult who practices patience, and every elder who leads by example strengthens this moral edifice.
Nature is humanity’s greatest teacher and most sacred companion. The rivers, mountains, forests, and skies are not mere resources to exploit, they are living entities that nurture us, challenge us, and reflect our own inner balance. To care for nature is to care for ourselves. To protect the environment, prevent pollution, and live sustainably is to honor the delicate web of life that sustains all beings. Humanity without respect for nature is incomplete, wisdom without harmony with the earth is empty.
True civilization is measured not by material wealth or fleeting power, but by the depth of our empathy, the breadth of our compassion, and the radiance of our collective conscience. Let dignity and honor shine equally in every man and woman, regardless of age, caste, or creed, so that society becomes a beacon of justice, harmony, and kindness. Let every thought, word, and deed reflect this awareness. Let education enlighten minds, labor serve communities, and leadership uphold fairness and equality.
VIn our homes, let love, patience, and understanding guide our actions. In our communities, let mutual respect, cooperation, and service flourish. In our workplaces, let honesty, accountability, and professionalism define our conduct. In our governance, let justice, transparency, and empathy lead the way. In our relationship with the world, let stewardship, sustainability, and gratitude be our constant companions.
By embracing the essence of humanity, respecting culture, nurturing social bonds, living ethically, and protecting nature, we rise above mere existence. We shape a world where compassion, wisdom, and justice illuminate every life, leaving behind a legacy of hope, integrity, and light for generations to come.

Nature’s Call,A Wake Up Message for Jammu & Kashmir .
Thank God, the rain has almost stopped, and we can hope that the flood affected areas, especially South Kashmir parts ,srinager partially and large parts of Jammu Division, may feel some relief in the coming hours and days, if the IMD predictions remain correct. But the threat is not fully over, as low lying areas still remain under risk. The real question, however, stands before us, what have we learned since the devastating floods of 2014, when Srinagar and adjoining areas faced unimaginable destruction.
Yes, floods are also high potential natural calamities, but responsibilities are ours too. Sadly, we tend to forget them as soon as the crisis passes and life returns to normal. The recent rains, cloudbursts, and floods have once again shaken us all. The scenes circulating on social media are heart wrenching, families watching their homes being washed away, farmers losing orchards and fertile lands, bridges collapsing within hours, and huge government infrastructure breaking down as if it were made of clay. These are not only tragedies of the moment, they are lessons written in pain that demand serious answers, and one big question is unavoidable, If huge highways, bridges, and other infrastructure worth thousands of crores can vanish in a single flood, is this not proof of poor planning, How long can we afford to spend massive budgets on roads and projects, only to see them washed away by water in hours, Should not the first and foremost priority of the government be to secure this land through a comprehensive flood control and disaster management plan, so that all other development is safe and sustainable, Without addressing floods at the root, every other project remains at risk of becoming rubble after the next calamity.
This destruction is not entirely sudden,it is the outcome of years of negligence. Flood channels encroached, wetlands filled, natural water bodies choked, over and above illegal mining under the very eyes of authorities, and construction in ecologically sensitive zones, all have disturbed the balance nature preserved for centuries. Even after the unforgettable floods of 2014, the concerned departments like Geology & Mining and Irrigation & Flood Control failed to rise to the occasion, and the cycle of disaster repeats.
Amidst all this despair, our frontline heroes shine brightly. The J&K Police, SDRF, medical teams, Irrigation & Flood Control staff, and other agencies have once again stood firm in these difficult times in rescue of affected faimilies to safer places but miseries may remain still for them fir a long period to recover from these losses.Their selfless service and tireless rescue efforts deserve our deepest appreciation and gratitude, but gratitude alone cannot save our future. The government must now act with seriousness and vision. Relief camps and temporary measures are not enough. We need a comprehensive and futuristic flood management project for Jammu & Kashmir, restoring flood channels, reviving wetlands, regulating construction, cracking down on illegal mining, raising bunds and building flood resilient infrastructure. Accountability must be ensured, because without it, we will only keep rebuilding the same mistakes.
The people, too, have a duty. We cannot remain silent spectators while selfish elements encroach on wetlands, destroy riverbeds through illegal mining, or build on flood prone areas. Citizens must remain vigilant, monitor, and raise their voices against such destruction. Silence today will be a disaster tomorrow.
Let us remember, floods, landslides, and droughts are not coincidences, they are consequences. If we continue to disrespect nature, it will strike us back with greater force, but if we respect and protect it, we safeguard not only our homes, our lands, and our economy, but also the future of our generations.
The way forward is clear ,
1- The Government must put flood control and disaster management at the top of its priorities, backed by vision, accountability, and strong budgeting.
2- The People must unite to guard nature against greed and destruction.
3- Together, we must restore balance before it is too late.
Environmental degradation is another big issue, which is lack of civic sense among us.
May Almighty protect us all, guide us with wisdom, and give us the strength to act responsibly, for our land, our people, and our generations to come.

Today's Talk-voice for youth.
Break the Silence – Rise for Truth, Integrity, and Real Change.
Real development. Demand for comprehensive plans for pollution free society.
It is a harsh reality of our times that fake and self centered individuals often attract large circles around them, while sincere, honest, and truth speaking people remain surrounded by only a few. This contrast is no longer a secret , it has become an accepted fact of every society. The genuine people, driven by a clean conscience and a true desire for societal betterment, often find themselves misfit in today's corrupted systems. They struggle to find space or acceptance because truth, by its very nature, is bitter and the fake, who have entrenched themselves in every corner of power and influence, are afraid to face it.
This environment has led to serious setbacks in every sphere of life , be it social, developmental, emotional, or even in relationships. The fakers work only for their selfish interests. They have built toxic, manipulative systems that crush the voices of the real, the honest, and the talented. In many cases, these genuine individuals face humiliation, exclusion, and sometimes even greater consequences. The result, Many people of intellect, talent, and integrity now choose silence, staying confined to their limited spaces, watching the downfall from a distance.
But the important question remains, how long can silence protect us. Can fear and silence ever help build a healthy society or a progressive future for the next generation. The answer is no. Silence only adds to the strength of the fake and speeds up the collapse of our moral fabric, our systems, and our collective values. It allows falsehood to thrive and integrity to fade into darkness.
The fear created by fake individuals is an illusion. When examined closely, it has no real strength. It is simply a tactic to suppress the truth and keep the good people silent. In reality, these so called influencers are themselves deeply insecure. They know that if the truth comes out, their fake image will collapse. This hidden fear keeps them restless. They are aware that within society, they hold no real respect , no true honor , only a mask of power which they use to deceive others and exploit systems. Unfortunately, with the help of corruption, they have even influenced administrative mechanisms to serve their personal gains.
This silence from good people is dangerous. It is time that the truthful, the educated, and the conscientious rise and break this chain of fear. With even a single move, the internal fear of these corrupt influencers will begin to shatter. The youth must take the lead. They must raise their voices with honesty, engage in development work, claim their rightful space, and occupy leadership roles. They must work to cleanse the system of this corruption ,and favoritism, not only for themselves, but for the future of their society.
Let the educated, talented youth not allow their conscience, their talents, or their education to go in vain. Instead, they must use them to shape a brighter, more dignified future , a society that is developed, fair, and transparent. A system that values accountability and rewards merit. If you do not act now, we risk becoming the forgotten failures of our time and history will record it accordingly.
Be honest to the system, faithful to the law, and loyal to your people. Only then can we build a society that is peaceful, progressive, and proud. This is not just a message , it is a call to conscience, a wake up call to all those who still carry the light of truth within them. Let us not sleep in the shadow of fear while our future burns.
Hey Youth of Kashmir , Your Vote, Your Voice is Your Future and power.
Dear youth of Ajas, never forget , you hold the same constitutional rights as anyone else in this nation. You carry the same voting card, and with it, you carry the same power to shape the future of your society. Your voice matters, your ideas matter, and your role in the process of development is not only legitimate but essential and you hold the same rights in developmental meetings, majlises, planning, execution, Monitoring, like others, filling the gape and occupy your spaces at right places.
It is your democratic right to speak up, to raise your concerns, and to present your proposals for genuine progress. And in fact, your voice may carry more weight, because it is fresh, uncorrupted, and driven by a sincere sense of development and justice. But this power will only be effective if you use it wisely , with a clear mind, a clean heart, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Ask yourself, Why are the same habitual fund grabbers still controlling the system at gross root level, occupying the spaces in development meetings ,deh majlis without any public support ,yes for their personal grains ,they use false influence ,pressure tactics upon employees and they succeed in their mission ,because we provide them the space to do this . Why do we allow the same faces, hiding behind new masks in every regime, to dictate our destiny. These individuals thrive on silence and apathy but the moment the youth stand united with clear intentions and fearless voices, the fakers will have no ground left to stand on.
Let the youth Come forward with purified ideas, untapped talent, and bold vision for society. Show your capability, and the system will have to listen. Let them see that the real strength of Kashmir lies not in those who manipulate power, but in those who seek truth, progress, and justice.
Know your constitutional rights, understand your voting power, and become active in politics , not for selfish gain, but for the betterment of your people, your culture, and your livelihood. Politics is not a dirty game when played with integrity , it is a noble duty when done for the welfare of society.
Environmental Awareness , A Wake-Up Call
But alongside corruption, there's another silent destroyer we must confront, environmental degradation. In our villages and towns, people casually throw plastic wrappers, waste food, and dump household garbage in open paths, public places, and roadside drains. This carelessness is not only ugly, but dangerous. It invites stray dogs who pose a serious threat to school children, travelers, and the elderly. These open dumps are breeding grounds for disease, harm the ecosystem, and pollute the very environment we live in.
This is a social crime, and we, the youth, must no longer tolerate it. You must demand a comprehensive rural sanitation plan from RDD (Rural Development Department) under schemes like MGNREGA, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, and Rural Waste Management. Every village deserves proper waste disposal, clean roads, and awareness campaigns to stop this destructive behavior. Let us propose detailed plans in Deh Majlis. Let us initiate monitoring committees that include youth representatives to check environmental violations and enforce cleanliness.
Real development is not just about roads and buildings , it is about a clean, safe, and healthy environment. If we want a dignified society, we must not ignore the filth we are creating around us. We must rise against this pollution of public spaces, abuse of nature, and neglect of sanitation responsibilities.
The Final Call.
Dear youth, this is your land, your community, and your time. If you don’t speak now, if you don’t act now, you risk becoming the forgotten failures of history. But if you stand with truth, integrity, environment, and justice, then the future will salute you.
Be honest to the system, faithful to the law, and loyal to your people.
This is not just a message , it is a call to conscience.
Let your voice be the voice of change. Let your steps be the march toward real development.
Don’t sleep while your future burns. Wake up. Speak up. Rise & Reclaim.

A Wake Up Call for Ajas, From Sympathy to Real Social Action”
Just two days ago, a devastating fire broke out in our beloved village of Ajas. A local resident lost not only his cowshed and livestock worth lakhs but also his tin shed home where he lived with his family. Everything , household items, some cash, and reportedly even gold was reduced to ashes, as seen in a social media video by the victim himself. This is not just a tragedy, it's a moment of deep concern for every conscious citizen of Ajas.
Sadly, what we often witness after such incidents is verbal sympathy , a few emotional lines spoken at Friday sermons by our Imams and Khatibs, a couple of social media posts from local “committees,” and then, silence. But does this token sympathy help rebuild a life, Does it prevent the next tragedy.
Yes, we fully believe in the divine will of Almighty Allah , He tests, He takes, and He heals. But Islam also teaches us that society has a collective responsibility. In Ajas, dozens of welfare committees, societies, and forums operate without any legal registration or accountability. These bodies often claim front row seats during administrative meetings, showcasing themselves as "champions of development" and "social builders" yet when real social work is needed, their contribution is almost invisible.
When one of our own falls, they don't need our Facebook prayers , they need real help. They need a hand to hold, not a photo op. If these committees truly exist to serve the people, why do they fail to mobilize resources or action when someone in Ajas loses everything, Why is it that our so called religious committees, including mosque managements and custodians of the Bait-ul-Maal, rarely step forward in such emergencies.
We must seriously question this mentality. In a densly populated vimage like Ajas, it should not be impossible to help one family rebuild , if we have sincere social workers and committees working with pure intentions. If these bodies are unable or unwilling to do real work, they must step aside. They have no legal, moral, or social right to pose as “well wishers” of society.
We urge the youth of Ajas, step forward, take the lead, and transform the broken system. It is time to replace the old, self serving traditions with a new wave of social activism , honest, transparent, people centered. Let us build a system where no victim feels alone, where our society becomes an example for others to follow, not one that keeps recycling helplessness.
Why must we always wait for government aid, which is delayed and insufficient, If our local social and religious bodies had the sense and conscience to act swiftly, no victim would suffer in silence. Let us not forget , the Ajas of the past was known for compassion, unity, and community strength. But today, personal greed and selfish interests have dimmed that light
and while we speak of society’s role, let us also reflect on our personal responsibilities. In most fire incidents, short circuits or unattended electric appliances are to blame. As heads of families, we must not leave everything to the women or elders at home. Every night before we sleep, we must ensure all electrical and gas appliances are safely turned off. This one simple habit can protect countless lives and properties.
In the end, we surrender to the will of Almighty Allah, who alone controls all matters. But within our human limits, let us not fail ourselves and each other. Let this tragedy be a turning point for Ajas, from verbal sympathy to real action, from hollow committees to genuine community support, and from old systems to a new era of responsible talented youth real social work setup.

"Pollution, Responsibility & Humanity".
(An Open Message to All.)
Let Us Be True Human Beings.
Why are people becoming so irresponsible and arrogant toward issues that directly concern their own well being. How can they knowingly commit acts of pollution, acts that are not only morally wrong but also legally punishable and still remain indifferent.
Today, pollution has grown into a monstrous threat due to our own wrongdoings. What once could have been easily controlled is now endangering our lives. It is slowly but steadily consuming our health, our environment, and our future. We are watching this destruction unfold before our eyes, yet we act like mute spectators , some even finding amusement in our own downfall.
In every society, a small fraction of individuals actively contribute to this environmental degradation. Meanwhile, a larger number of people are aware, responsible, and willing to stop this trend. Sadly, this small group of wrongdoers creates hurdles for those trying to bring change. Their negligence not only pollutes the environment but also discourages lawful and conscious behavior in society.
The authorities have a crucial role to play in enforcing environmental laws. Most responsible citizens are ready to support these efforts. However, the real tragedy is that even some officials and functionaries fall victim to the same careless behavior. They, too, are part of the same society suffering from this issue.
We are, quite literally, axing our own legs. We feel the pain, yet we continue to act unconscious. We keep our homes clean but destroy the areas outside our gates. We take pride in our homes but defile our neighborhoods ,as if painting gold with mud and expecting it to shine. It doesn't shine. Instead, it becomes an ugly sight for all to see.
How easy it was to prevent this destruction , but we allowed our arrogance and selfishness to blind us. We harm others for no gain and end up harming ourselves. After all, we breathe the same air and drink the same water that we pollute.
Is this what humanity has come to.
Simple actions can bring change. For example, when we go to a store, we could carry a cloth bag from home and refuse plastic bags. We could demand paper packaging instead of accepting polythene that harms the earth.
Those who own cattle enjoy the benefits but what stops them from managing cattle waste within their own premises, especially when government support is available. Instead, some arrogantly dump this waste in public places, disturbing the peace of others and polluting the community.
Similarly, we throw kitchen waste into open drains and streets without a second thought. This not only spreads filth but also attracts stray dogs, risking the safety of children perhaps even our own.
Let us act like human beings.
Let us follow our religion and our conscience. No religion, no law, permits such inhumane actions. Let us respect the law, show compassion, and act with responsibility. Remember, the harm you cause to others will eventually find its way back to you.
Let us unite for a cleaner, safer, and more humane society.
Let us be responsible. Let us be truly human.
Stern Warning from Nature
To Those Who Harm It.
Remember this , when nature begins to respond to our evil deeds, it does not whisper, it roars. It does not plead, it punishes. When the balance of the earth is broken by human arrogance, nature returns not with mercy, but with storms, floods, fire, and fury.
The rivers we poisoned, rise to drown us.
The forests we burned, send their smoke to choke us.
The winds we mocked, return as tempests to tear down our pride.
The soil we defiled, refuses to yield its fruits.
This is not revenge , this is correction. This is not cruelty , this is consequence.
Nature does not forget. It simply waits , until it reclaims its order in its own terrifying way. So before it’s too late, let us respect the soil beneath our feet, the water that sustains us, the air we breathe, and the mountains that shelter us.
Because if we continue down this path of destruction, nature will not ask for permission. It will set things right by force and in doing so, may destroy us in the process.
Respect nature, or be ready to face its wrath.
Save environment, save future.

Junk Food, and Harmful Drinks – A Growing Health Crisis & impact on environment.
In today’s modern lifestyle, we are unintentionally compromising the health of our children by introducing them to junk foods and sugary drinks at a very early age. In moments of their emotional demands, we often surrender to convenience rather than responsibility. While it may calm a crying child momentarily, the long term damage of this habit is deeply alarming.
What many parents fail to realize is that excessive consumption of junk food is one of the leading causes of loss of natural appetite in children. These ultra processed foods are loaded with artificial flavors, high salt, sugar, unhealthy fats, and chemical additives that disrupt the body's natural hunger cues. As a result, children begin to lose interest in nutritious meals especially home cooked traditional food, because their taste buds get overstimulated by these synthetic flavors. This leads to a constant craving for similar processed foods, while real food becomes unappealing and tasteless to them.
Loss of appetite caused by junk food is not just a small concern, it directly affects a child’s growth, energy levels, immune system, and mental development. When the body is deprived of essential nutrients due to poor dietary habits, it results in fatigue, weak immunity, poor concentration, irritability, and even emotional instability. Children may appear full, but their bodies are malnourished.
Sadly, this unhealthy eating pattern is now widely normalized in our society. Traditional home cooked meals, once the foundation of a healthy upbringing, are now being replaced by chips, instant noodles, sugary sodas, and packaged snacks. Parents often feel helpless as children resist traditional food, sometimes forcing them or offering distractions like mobile phones just to make them eat a few bites. This is a dangerous trend with long term consequences.
Let’s be clear, our children are not to blame. The root of the problem lies in lack of awareness, marketing influence, and parental neglect. Scientific studies and media investigations have repeatedly shown the harmful nature of many commercial snacks and beverages, often revealing the presence of bacteria, toxins, or banned substances in popular products. Yet, the regulation and monitoring by health departments remain weak or absent.
While we cannot instantly stop the production or marketing of such items, we can start a change at home. We can consciously reduce the purchase of junk food, educate our children on its harmful effects, and gradually bring back the culture of fresh fruits, healthy snacks, and balanced meals. Yes, change takes time, but it is not impossible.
Parents and guardians must lead by example, and teenagers, especially girls, who are often more drawn to snack culture should understand that health is the real beauty and strength. Replace chips with fruits, soft drinks with natural juices or water, and packaged items with homemade alternatives. Encourage mindful eating and appreciate traditional food.
Junk Food – A Threat to Health and the Environment as well.
The increasing trend of junk food consumption among children and teenagers is not only a serious health concern, but it has also become a major contributor to environmental pollution. Most of this food is consumed outside the home, particularly during school hours, where children frequently buy snacks from roadside vendors and small shops. The wrappers, plastic packaging, and waste from these products are often carelessly thrown on streets, footpaths, and open areas due to a lack of civic sense and proper waste disposal systems. Over time, this litter finds its way into nearby nallahs, streams, and agricultural lands, accelerating the degradation of our already fragile and polluted environment. In regions that are still underdeveloped in terms of education and civic infrastructure, the problem is more visible and more damaging. The absence of awareness about cleanliness, environmental responsibility, and sustainable habits makes this issue worse. Thus, junk food is not just harming the bodies of our young generation, but it is also choking the natural ecosystem around them.
Role of schools .
Schools have a vital responsibility in protecting the health of growing children by taking sincere steps to reduce the use of junk food and sugary beverages. School administration can play an active role by creating awareness & Education among students about the harmful effects of these items on their health and the environment. Through regular health education, guidance, and promotion of healthy eating habits, schools can help students make better food choices and grow into responsible, health conscious individuals.
Let this be a mission, every home, every parent, and every responsible adult must take a stand. If we do not act today, we are silently allowing a future filled with health problems, despite knowing the risks.
Support this change. Begin at home. Raise awareness. Preserve health. Because awareness without action is ignorance in disguise.
