ದಿನಾಂಕ: 31.01.2023 ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ರಂದು ಕೆ.ಎ.ಎಸ್. ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಂಘದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ “ಜೀವನ ಶೈಲಿ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಗಳು: ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ” ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಾ. ಸಿ.ಎನ್. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್, ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಶ್ರೀ ಜಯದೇವ ಹೃದ್ರೋಗ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ, ಜಯನಗರ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ರವರು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನೌಕರರನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಪ್ರತಿನಿತ್ಯದ ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರು ಕೆಲಸದ ಒತ್ತಡದಿಂದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದ ಕಡೆ ಗಮನಹರಿಸದಿದ್ದಾಗ ಜೀವನಶೈಲಿಯ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಗಳು, ರಕ್ತದ ಒತ್ತಡದಿಂದ ಹೃದಯದ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಗಳು, ಬದಲಾದ ಆಹಾರ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯಿಂದ ಸಕ್ಕರೆ ರೋಗ, ಪಿತ್ತಕೋಶ ಮತ್ತು ಪಿತ್ತಜನಕಾಂಗ, ಯಕೃತ್, ಕಿಡ್ನಿ ಮುಂತಾದ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಗಳು ಕ್ರಮೇಣ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಆರೋಗ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹದಗೆಡಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ರೋಗಗಳಿಗೆ ತುತ್ತಾಗಾಬಹುದಾದ ಸಂಭವವಿದ್ದು ಸೂಕ್ತ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೋಗಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಡಾ. ರವಿ ಎಂ. ತಿರ್ಲಾಪೂರ, ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾದ ಡಾ. ಬಿ.ಆರ್. ಹರೀಶ್ ನಾಯ್ಕ, ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕೆ.ಎ.ಎಸ್.ನ ಹಾಲೀ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಖುದ್ದಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆನ್ ಲೈನ್ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

*ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಂಘದ ಮುಕಟಪ್ರಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಗರಿ*.

ಇಂದು ದಿ 21.12.2022 ರಂದು ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲ *ಅರುಣಾಚಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಒಟ್ಟು 25 ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ* ತಂಡವು LABSNA ಮಸ್ಸೂರಿಯಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪ್ರವಾಸದಲಿದ್ದು ಇಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ತರಬೇತಿ ಸಂಘದ ಬಿಲ್ಡಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಖುದ್ದಾಗಿ ನೋಡಲು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ತಂಡವು ಸಂಘ ಮತ್ತು ವಿವಿಧ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿತು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳ ತುಂಬಾ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಪಟ್ಟರು. *ಈ KASOA ಭವನದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣಿಕರ್ತರಾದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಕೆಎಎಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತೆನೆ.*

ಈ ಸಂದಭ೯ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಿ ಲಘು ಉಪಹಾರದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣರಾದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಿಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ತಹಶಿಲ್ದಾರ BMTF ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.
