It needs multiple means to curb the corruption we should bet on technology for more results to curb corruption.

ng virtual money Debit cards. But this should be done only when 90% of the population start using Cards / Online banking. To do this Govt. should follow below steps
1. Ensure all LPG connection transaction happens without Cash - 6 months to 1 year should be provided
2. Ensure all railway booking or airline booking is without cash
3. Ensure all PDS food ration and govt. transactions happens without cash
4. Ensure all public transport transactions happens without cash
5. Ensure all school fees, college fees, govt. hospitals transactions happens without cash
6. Ensure all fertilizer farmers subsidy is tied with no cash transactions
After 1 year - now enforce DeMo - Ban all high denominations > 100 INR
- People using debit card / Credit card should be stopped getting Cash at Banks and should stop them depositing cash into their accounts
- Linking every Land kathas, Bank books, passport, pan etc... with Adhaar ID. Some deadline to make this happen.

Last but the least honest tax payers will have less burden since many will contribute for tax system
