A beautiful read about a new theory of motivation that talks about Autonomy, Mastery & Purpose (elements of Motivation 3.0) at an individual level & how these essential elements can change the way we function in our lives and at organisational level.

The book presents its case nicely with research experiments conducted across in the field of behavioural science & how the results findings can be used in different case scenarios.

If you are a fan of psychology or if you would like to know more about how we function in general, this is a very good read.

Oh you don't need to have a background in psychology to understand it. Its fairly simple.

Yup, even we hate Monday mornings. A lot actually. But yesterday, we decided to restart our little set up in a different way and to play a better role in getting more people to read more and learn more.

Since poor Monday already gets beating from everyone around the world, we thought we'd lessen that beating by dedicating our new set up steps from today. That dedication & thought has gotten our energy up for sure. Cheers to Monday!
