Kumaraswamy Layout Named after a temple dedicated to Lord Kumaraswamy in the area, Kumaraswamy Layout was formed in the late 1980s by the BDA.

This place is located in Bangalore City This area even though under BBMP until recently had not seen much development. The area was notorious for bad and narrow roads, poor drainage, badly maintained parks and crime. It was also one of the BDA layouts which was unplanned. In recent times however there has been some development. Apart from this Kumaraswamy is wel known for youth.. DSI college is lo

cated in kumaraswamy layout and thus how the culture of layout has been changed to a new style.. Those who stayed in layout wouuldnt be able to leave the place because this is one of the nice place in bangalore...
