On the eve of Rakshabandhan, as part of the 'Safe Drive, Save Life' campaign, police personnel of Bankura PS tied rakhis and distributed sweets and chocolates to drivers at Keranibandh More and other places.

Today a tree plantation program is organised at Bankura PS campus with students of Bankura Town High School for observation of "বনমহোৎসব" week. In this program approx 20 students along with officers and forces of Bankura PS were present. We plant saplings of চন্দন, শ্বেত পলাশ etc inside of our PS compound.
