FLNAT 2026 Phase IV Successfully Conducted in Zone Fatehgarh:

FLNAT 2026 (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Assessment Test) Phase IV was conducted smoothly across 36 designated examination centres in Zone Fatehgarh today on 29/03/2026, reflecting a well-coordinated, disciplined, and systematically executed exercise.
The entire process was carried out under the able supervision of the Zonal Education Officer, Fatehgarh, Mr. Tanvir Ahmad Aga, whose leadership has ensured effective planning and seamless ex*****on of the assessment.
To maintain the highest standards of transparency and credibility, Zonal Monitoring Teams were actively engaged in extensive field visits to all allotted centres. These teams were conducting on-the-spot inspections, ensuring strict adherence to examination protocols, and addressing logistical and administrative challenges in real time. Their proactive presence had significantly contributed to maintaining uniformity and integrity across all centres.
Complementing the on-ground monitoring, a Virtual Control Room had been established at the zonal level. This control room was functioning as a central coordination hub, maintaining continuous communication with Centre Superintendents. It facilitates real-time reporting, prompt issue resolution, and efficient management of updates related to attendance, examination conduct, and any contingencies.
The combined mechanism of rigorous field monitoring and digital coordination has greatly strengthened the implementation process, ensuring that FLNAT Phase IV is conducted in a fair, transparent, and highly organized manner across the entire zone.

Zonal Level Environmental Building Programme for CWSN Held at GHSS Audoora

A notable Zonal Level Environmental Building Programme for Children With Special Needs (CWSN) under the Inclusive Education (IE) component of Samagra Shiksha was successfully held today at Govt. Higher Secondary School Audoora,drawing active participation from teachers, parents, and specially-abled students.
The event commenced with a heartfelt welcome address by Mr. Reyaz Ahmad Ganaie Sb followed by a series of insightful and awareness-oriented sessions. The programme was beautifully moderated by Mr. Sajad Ahmad Lone, Teacher HSS Audoora ensuring smooth transitions and engaging interactions throughout the proceedings.
Distinguished speakers including Mr. Salik Bilal Ahmad (Teacher), Dr. Abdul Rouf (Head, RBSK PHC Sheeri), Mr Reyaz Ahmad Malik Master HSS Audoora,Mr. Anzar Mohju (Senior Journalist), and Mr. Sheikh Haroon (Headmaster MS Sheeri Payeen & former Divisional Resource Person) delivered compelling talks.They highlighted the rights, entitlements, and the need for inclusive educational practices to ensure holistic development of specially-abled children.
The programme was organized by Mr. Altaf Hussain Rather, ZNO Inclusive Education, Zone Fatehgarh, under the able leadership, support, and guidance of Mr. Tanveer Ahmad Agha, Worthy Principal/ZEO Fatehgarh. The event aimed at enhancing understanding about inclusive education, early intervention, and the collective responsibility of institutions and families.
The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks by Mr. Altaf Hussain Rather (ZNO IE) who expressed deep gratitude to all guest speakers, resource persons, participating teachers, parents, and the CWSN students who made the programme meaningful by their enthusiastic presence.
The successful conduct of the programme reaffirmed Zone Fatehgarh’s commitment toward building a compassionate, accessible, and inclusive educational ecosystem.

A one-day Training Session on Holistic Progress Card (HPC) for School Nodal Persons (SNOs) was successfully conducted under the guidance of DIET Sopore at HSS Fatehgarh.
The programme was graced by the presence of Mr. Javid Ahmad Lone Sb, Vice Principal DIET Sopore, Dr. Shameem Sb, Principal HSS Fatehgarh, and Mr. Tanveer Ahmad Agha Sb, Principal HSS Audoora / ZEO Fatehgarh . All the dignitaries shared valuable insights on the importance of the Holistic Progress Card as an innovative tool for assessing the overall growth and competencies of students.
The technical session was conducted by Mr. Rameez Ahmad, District Nodal Officer (HPC), Baramulla, who deliberated in detail on the objectives, framework, and effective implementation strategies of the HPC. The session was moderated by Mr. Altaf Hussain Rather, Zonal Point Person (ZPP) for DIET.
A total of 62 School Nodal Persons from both Government and Private institutions of Zone Fatehgarh were given intensive training to ensure smooth implementation of the HPC in their respective schools.
On the occasion,Mr. Tanveer Ahmad Agha Sb, Principal HSS Audoora / ZEO Fatehgarh, impressed upon all the participants to adopt the Holistic Progress Card in letter and spirit, emphasizing its role in fostering a well-rounded student assessment system. He further stressed that the implementation of HPC will be closely monitored during school inspections to ensure its effective ex*****on across the zone.
The training programme concluded with a note of commitment and collective responsibility to bring quality reforms in the education sector through the proper use of the Holistic Progress Card.

In today’s Mass Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) of Cluster HSS Fatehgarh, our worthy Zonal Education Officer, Mr. Saif-ud-Din Chachi Sb, delivered a soul-touching address on the essence of good parenting. His words were not mere advice but a treasure of wisdom — reminding us that parents are the first and lifelong teachers, and their love, guidance, and discipline shape the destiny of children far more than any textbook can.
The gathering was further honoured by the esteemed presence of His Excellency Chief Education Officer Baramulla, Mr. Bashir Ahmad Shah as Chief Guest, and Principal DIET Sopore, Mr. Ashok Kumar Raina as Guest of Honour.
The hall echoed with appreciation as parents and teachers listened intently, many describing ZEO Sb’s message as a turning point in how they view their role in a child’s growth. His visionary thoughts, humility, and deep understanding left an everlasting imprint on the hearts of all present.
Truly, such leaders don’t just administer, they inspire, guide, and nurture an entire generation.

Mr. Saif-ud-din Chachi ZEO Assumes Additional Charge as ZEO Fatehgarh – Conducts Series of Visionary Meetings.

Today on 16th April 2025, Mr. Saif-ud-din Chachi officially assumed the additional charge of Zonal Education Officer (ZEO). Demonstrating a proactive and visionary approach from the outset, the new ZEO conducted a series of focused meetings aimed at understanding the functioning of the zone and laying the groundwork for academic and administrative excellence.
The day began with a detailed interaction between Mr. Chachi and the entire ZEO office staff. In this session, he emphasized the importance of teamwork, transparency, punctuality, and service-oriented functioning. He called upon all staff members to uphold the dignity of their roles, maintain office decorum, and ensure timely delivery of services to the teaching community.
Mr. Chachi highlighted the need for maintaining proper documentation, swift file movement, and a grievance-sensitive approach. He made it clear that corruption or carelessness would not be tolerated under his administration, and every staff member must contribute toward building a clean and efficient office environment.
Following the office staff session, the ZEO held individual interactions with key zonal functionaries, including the Zonal Nodal Officer (ZNO) and the Zonal Cluster Coordinator (ZCC). These discussions were aimed at gaining firsthand insight into various educational interventions, implementation status of schemes, and the functional challenges of the zone. This personalized approach reflected Mr. Chachi’s commitment to understanding the zone’s pulse deeply and thoroughly.
In the late afternoon, a comprehensive introductory meeting was held with all Heads of Institutions (HOIs) of Middle and Primary Schools of Zone Fatehgarh. The session saw full participation and was marked by sincerity, seriousness, and constructive dialogue.
The meeting was moderated by Mr. Altaf Hussain Rather (ZNO). A detailed Zonal Profile was presented by Mr. Mohammad Hanief Bhat, Senior Assistant at the ZEO Office, offering key insights into institutional data, staff positioning, academic achievements, and areas of concern.

In his well-articulated and inspiring address, Mr. Chachi shared his vision for academic excellence and disciplined administration in the zone. Key highlights of his address included:

Teacher Attendance:
Strict monitoring and regular review of teacher attendance were emphasized to maintain classroom regularity and ensure student discipline.

Empowered HOIs:
HOIs were encouraged to lead from the front, take charge of academic planning, and build strong school cultures based on responsibility and respect.

Regulated Office Visits:
Teachers were instructed not to visit the ZEO office during school hours unless absolutely necessary. Any visit before 2:00 PM must be accompanied by an authority slip signed by the HOI. This step is aimed at minimizing disruption to classroom activities.

Teacher Diaries and Inspections:
The ZEO reiterated the importance of maintaining daily diaries and announced that he would personally conduct regular inspections of every school to monitor progress.

Prompt Grievance Redressal:
A commitment was made to timely and fair redressal of staff grievances, ensuring an open-door policy for genuine concerns.

Discipline and Punctuality:
The ZEO stated that dereliction of duties, late arrivals, and early departures will be viewed seriously and may attract disciplinary action.

Zero Tolerance for Corruption:
Mr. Chachi strongly assured all stakeholders of a corruption-free administration, vowing to uphold integrity and transparency at all levels.

Conclusion
The day’s proceedings left a strong impression on the staff and HOIs alike. Mr. Saif-ud-din Chachi’s dynamic leadership, clear vision, and strong moral stance have already set the tone for a transformative era in Zone Fatehgarh. With active participation from all stakeholders, the zone is poised for renewed energy, academic rigor, and administrative discipline under his stewardship.
