An incident took place in Assam two days ago…
It was widely reported across national media. Basith Maulana, who had gone out early in the morning to make Adan for Fajr prayer, saw a vehicle that had lost control and overturned into the pond near the mosque. Through the mosque loudspeaker, he announced the accident to the villagers, and people rushed to the spot… By the grace of Allah, all seven people inside the vehicle were rescued.
When someone is in accident situation, none of us think about caste, religion, or gender before helping. But in this case, even though all seven rescued individuals were non-Muslim brothers, at a time when fascism tries to rise above society, this act stands as a true example of communal harmony.
We feel proud of Abdul Basith Maulana, the Range Coordinator of HADIA CSE, for this noble act. 🥰
