उत्तर-पूर्वी दिल्ली के दयालपुर इलाके में 16 वर्षीय
सुभान मलिक की हत्या का मामला सामने आया है।
सुभान को उसके ही कुछ हिंदू दोस्तों ने घर से बाहर बुलाया और चाकू मारकर उसकी हत्या कर दी।
खबरों के अनुसार, विवाद की वजह 'बिरयानी पार्टी' बनी। आरोप है कि दोस्तों ने सुभान से पार्टी मांगी थी और उसके मना करने पर उनके बीच हाथापाई हुई, जिसके बाद बदला लेने के लिए आरोपियों ने उस पर चाकू से हमला किया। हालांकि, पुलिस जांच में आरोपियों ने यह भी दावा किया है कि मृतक उन्हें अक्सर बुली (परेशान) करता था, जिससे वे नाराज थे।
दिल्ली पुलिस ने इस मामले में तीन नाबालिगों को हिरासत में लिया है। वारदात में इस्तेमाल किया गया चाकू भी बरामद कर लिया गया है।
सुभान एक 'हाफिज-ए-कुरान' था। उसके पिता, दिलशाद मलिक, ने बताया कि सुभान रात करीब 8 बजे घर से निकला था और देर रात उन्हें उसकी मौत की खबर मिली। परिवार ने आरोपियों के लिए सख्त सजा और इंसाफ की मांग की है।
यह घटना दिल्ली के मुस्तफाबाद और नेहरू विहार (दयालपुर थाना क्षेत्र) के पास की है।
A case involving the murder of 16-year-old Subhan Malik has come to light in the Dayalpur area of Northeast Delhi.
Subhan was lured out of his home by some of his own Hindu friends and stabbed to death.
According to reports, the dispute stemmed from a 'Biryani party.' It is alleged that the friends had demanded a party from Subhan; when he refused, a scuffle ensued between them, following which the accused attacked him with a knife in an act of revenge.
However, during the police investigation, the accused also claimed that the deceased frequently bullied (harassed) them, which had caused them resentment.
The Delhi Police have taken three minors into custody in connection with this case. The knife used in the crime has also been recovered.
Subhan was a 'Hafiz-e-Quran' (one who has memorized the entire Quran). His father, Dilshad Malik, stated that Subhan had left home around 8 PM, and the family received news of his death late that night. The family has demanded strict punishment for the accused and has sought justice.
This incident occurred near Mustafaabad and Nehru Vihar (within the jurisdiction of the Dayalpur Police Station) in Delhi.
