A Review Meeting (Physical Mode) was held on 27.08.2026 (Thursday) at the Office of the District Magistrate & Collector, Murshidabad, in the presence of the DNO (Skill), Murshidabad, along with all the DPMU staff of PBSSD, Murshidabad, comprising the DPM-in-Charge, SDPM, BLS and PADEO, to review various matters related to Skill Development interventions in the district.

A District-Level meeting of the Prime Minister Internship Scheme (PMIS) Cell was organized on 25/08/2026 in Murshidabad District. The meeting was attended by the Cell Members and chaired by the Additional District Magistrate (Skill), Murshidabad.

The meeting focused on reviewing and coordinating the implementation of the PMIS at the district level and ensuring effective facilitation of internship opportunities for eligible youth.

📢 PMNAM & PMIS – Training & Awareness Workshop 2026

A successful and impactful Training & Awareness Workshop was organized to raise awareness among the youth about apprenticeships, internships, career opportunities, skill development, and entrepreneurship.

The programme was conducted in the august presence of the Hon’ble dignitaries, including Additional District Magistrate (Skill), District Nodal Officer (Skill), Additional Director of Employment, District Emplyment Officer, Principal of Berhampore College, Principal of Govt. ITI Berhampore and Principal-in-Charge of Berhampore MIT. Their valuable presence, guidance, and encouragement added great significance to the occasion.
