Haryana Chess Association - HCA HCA is Registered by Govt. of Haryana & Aff. to Haryana Olympic Association (HOA). HCA exempted by Income Tax Deptt., Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India.

With 21 affiliated Distt. Associations / units with hundrads of subsidiary units functioning under these entities spread all over the state to assist the HCA, Haryana Chess Association (HCA) is very active in furthering its cause of promoting the game of chess. The vision of HCA is to make Haryana the strongest chess playing state in the country by the year 2015 both in terms of quality and number.
