The Hindustan Scouts and Guides Association (HSGA) was registered in India on November 26, 1998. Subsequently, in 2001, it received recognition from the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, and holds international affiliation through the WFIS (Germany). The National Headquarters of the Hindustan Scouts and Guides is located at C-5/19, Sector-5, Rohini, Delhi 110085. The founding member of this organization is Mr. Srinivas Sharma, and its Advisor is Mr. Ravindra Talwar. Currently, the organization's National Chairman is Mr. Bharat Arora, the National Secretary is Mr. Champat Singh, the National Chief Commissioner is Mr. V.K. Chopra, the National Training Commissioner is Mr. Rahul Kumar, the National Organizing Commissioner is Mr. K.S. Chauhan, and the State Secretary for Madhya Pradesh is Mr. Neeraj Sharma. This organization provides training to Scouts and Guides across India and instills in them the spirit of "Nar Seva Hi Narayan Seva" (Service to humanity is service to God). At present, the organization comprises 1.3 million Scouts and Guides, and thousands of public schools and colleges have obtained affiliation with our organization.
