3 star general officer addressed media and then moved towards BSSS NCC Small Arms firing range where the demonstration of WT training classes and Shooting practice was going on.

DG was so impressed with the environment at the range that he himself tried his hands on newly purchased .22 deluxe rifles and also made the outstanding grouping.

DG NCC Lt. Gen. Gurbirpal Singh AVSM, VSM visited BSSS college during his 2 days inspection in MP & CG Dte where he was welcomeed by spectacular cultural performances and mime act by cadets of BSSS NCC coy.
He interacted with cadets & awarded DG commendation cards and appreciation awards to the selected people of NCC fraternity and also felicitated dance performers for their astounding performances.
Principal of BSSS Dr. Fr. John PJ presented a token of gratitude to the Director General before moving out for Media conference.

A Talk With Leaders: This interactive session was organized by BSSS NCC to inspire young minds in order to help them grasp and climb up the career ladder to become a leader in future. It was a privilege to have the opportunity to connect with our remarkable alumini, BSSS NCC ex-SUO Yaduvendra Solanki, who recently cleared CDS IMA 155 entry and recommended by 24 SSB Bengaluru.
The session provided a platform for the NCC cadets as well as undergraduate students to engage with our esteemed alumini, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of the journey ahead. The session was aimed at providing the right guidance and roadmap for the UPSC CDS exam and an overview of the SSB interview. It was highly interactive, which turned out to be extremely fruitful for all the beginners, and no queries were left unanswered.
We express our gratitude to Yaduvendra Solanki for taking the time to conduct this session for us. Thank you for your willingness to share your valuable insights with us.

On February 22 and 23, BSSS College underwent the NAAC inspection, where BSSS NCC has exibited it's evince in NAAC exibition were cadets acquainted their regular activities of SSCD and the accomplishments at National and International level achieved by our alumini and the company's extentions. Cadets created a miniature of Shaurya Path, the drill square, Rev. Fr Stanislaus Paul small arms NCC firing Range & Obstacle Training ground. This momentous event and the skills of cadets also brought the attention of Brig. Sanjoy Ghosh Group Commander Bhopal Group & Colonel Ajay Kholi, Commanding Officer 4 MP Battalion, accompanied by Lt. Nasir Ali (ANO BSSS NCC) and Mrs. Manju Mehta (PRO BSSS)

One more feather in the hat of BSSS NCC as Sergeant Sujeet Chouhan, the alumini of BSSS NCC batch 2019-20 is recommended from 137 TGC entry, 14 SSB Prayagraj. He'll soon join the prestigious Indian Millitary Academy, Dehradun.
This is another milestone for BSSS NCC coy. May god bless and wishing best for his journey ahead in the academy and further in the Indian Army.

With the implementation of the Constitution from 26 January 1950, India celebrated its 74th REPUBLIC DAY on 26th January, 2023. BSSS NCC celebrated the day with gaiety and patriotic fervor at the college campus amidst foggy morning. Guest of event IPS officer Shailendra unfurled the National Flag along with Principal Dr. FR. John PJ, accompanied by the rendition of National Anthem.
The program moved further with the motivating speech given by the Chief Guest, discourse by the student and the energetic dance performance by cadets which filled the crowd with great enthusiasm. The heartfelt rendition of song and mime aroused the feeling of patriotism and brotherhood among all. Achiever of the coy. was facilitated by the Chief Guest, SUO ARUSHI RAI for YEP NEPAL and SGT VINA SINGH reserved for the same. Principal Dr. Fr. John PJ addressed the audience, highlighting the achievement of the coy. and congratulated our two cadets LCPL DEEPAK TIWARI and LCPL PARMANAND PUROHIT for being a part of the Republic Day Camp of 2023 in Delhi.
The event ended with the vote of thanks delivered by ANO of BSSS NCC LT. NASIR ALI and program concluded by distributing sweets to everyone.
The main highlight of this 74th Republic Day was that, till last year, the 21-gun salute used to be from the British-era 25-pounder artillery. From this time, it was from 105 mm Indian field guns. Indigenous field guns replaced the British-era 25-pounder artillery on this Republic Day.

BSSS NCC organised an Interactive session with Col. Vivek Nair of 83rd Armoured Regiment, he is currently in Service Selection Board Bhopal.
In the session he initially exposed cadets to the life in Defence Forces and its structure. The officer also explained about the paths to join the Defence Forces and how an aspirant can successfully get through SSB.
For this exclusive session not only cadets but also large number of students also appeared who aspire to serve the nation in whichever way possible.
