About us:
DISHANJALIis a Non-Governmental organisation dedicated to help the poor children to achieve the brightness of education so that they can light up their lives. It also works for needy children who are willing to study but are unable to manage due to lack of resources as well as unawareness.DISHANJA
LI aims at educating people and motivating the youth to bring a change in the society. This group of social workers started in the year 2013, when Er. Rajeev Baghel & Er. Vijay Kumar Patidar, the chief founder of DISHANJALI realised that education is not gained to be stored, but should be spread, and provided to those who desire to gain it but are unable to have it.It has 6 education centres (four in Indore and two in Bhopal) which run on every weekend with a motivation to provide quality education. Vision:
To educate every child and spread the ray of hope, awareness and understanding in the society. Mission:
(a) Quality Education. To develop practical approach of learning through which students will easily grab subjective knowledge and also helps in betterment of their career. (b) Counselling facility. "DISHANJALI"supports those students who really want to study but due to lack of resources and guidance they are not able to attain their goals. (c) Library and reading room facility. This is to provide learning environment where students will get easy access to books which they cannot afford, and also to provide the silent and peaceful atmosphere where they can concentrate on their studies. (d) Motivate and encourage youth. Man power is highly efficient if it is utilised in right direction. As our nation is recognised as nation of youth,so it is the responsibility of youth to step forward and take the alarming situation in their hand for the welfare of society. (e) 100% Literacy. DISHANJALI is committed to improve literacy rates among under privileged students. The only way we can achieve our mission is through the participation of young and educated people, who can share their knowledge and make a difference to lives of those who possess inner fire and desire of learning but either cannot afford to do so or they don’t have the correct guidance to serve the purpose. We believe that education is the only medium through which the upliftment can be done for those who are deprived of“A True Life” because Living isn’t just Breathing. Keeping aside the hurdles of government education system,there are many other Social issues which keep poor children away from studies. The darkness of child labour, parent’s greed and child abuse has taken away all the happiness they deserve. It has taken away the delightful childhood, the days which should have been spent in learning and playing is spent on roads begging. Our aim is:
- To return back smiles on those heavenly adorable faces,
- To return them the days learning and enjoying,
- To hand them the sword of education by which they can fight against the competitive world,
- To give them a better future. Our work:
The team is a blend of experienced veterans and enthusiastic fresher’s, all put in sync with the Foundation’s core values which also drive individual thought and action. Jai Hind endeavours to create an ambience where people have the freedom to deliver quality and take pride in their work. All the team members are also given the opportunity to connect with each other regularly.
