27 अप्रैल 2024, अकादमी में विद्वान न्यायिक अधिकारियों के लिए नए आपराधिक कानूनों पर ओरिएंटेशन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का सफलतापूर्वक समापन हुआ। कार्यक्रम में 58 न्यायाधीशों ने भाग लिया, जिसका उद्देश्य नवीनतम कानूनी प्रावधानों में अंतर्दृष्टि प्रदान करना और उभरते आपराधिक न्याय परिदृश्य की समझ को बढ़ाना था।

समारोह में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में पुलिस अनुसंधान एवं विकास ब्यूरो के महानिदेशक श्री राजीव कुमार शर्मा की उपस्थिति रही।

अपने संबोधन में, श्री शर्मा ने आपराधिक न्याय प्रशासन के सभी स्तंभों के लिए नए आपराधिक कानूनों पर प्रशिक्षण के महत्वपूर्ण महत्व को रेखांकित किया। उन्होंने कानून के प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन और कार्यान्वयन को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कानून प्रवर्तन एजेंसियों, न्यायपालिका और कानूनी पेशेवरों के बीच निरंतर सीखने और सहयोग की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया।

पूरे ओरिएंटेशन कार्यक्रम के दौरान, प्रतिभागी नए आपराधिक कानूनों की बारीकियों के बारे में अपनी समझ को गहरा करने के लिए चर्चा, केस अध्ययन और इंटरैक्टिव सत्रों में लगे रहे। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य न्यायाधीशों को नवीनतम कानूनी प्रावधानों के अनुसार मामलों का फैसला करने के लिए आवश्यक ज्ञान और कौशल से लैस करना है, जिससे आपराधिक न्याय प्रणाली मजबूत हो।

Today, Central Academy for Police Training, Bhopal started 4 weeks specialised training program for newly recruited Deputy SsP.

A total of 17 officers from Karnataka will undergo this intensive four-week training program, commencing on April 10, 2024, and culminating on May 8, 2024. This program is designed to equip these officers with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and responsibilities as law enforcement officers.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri Anil Kishore Yadav, IPS, Director of Central Academy for Police Training, who inaugurated the program. In his inaugural address, Shri Anil Kishore Yadav emphasized the paramount importance of this training program in enhancing the capabilities and efficiency of the newly recruited Deputy SPs. He highlighted the critical role that these officers play in maintaining law and order, ensuring public safety, and upholding the principles of justice.

The specialized training program aims to provide comprehensive instruction on various aspects of policing, including investigation techniques, crime prevention strategies, leadership development, and ethical conduct. Through a combination of theoretical sessions, practical exercises, and interactive workshops, the participants will gain valuable insights and practical skills to effectively address the evolving challenges faced by law enforcement agencies.

केंद्रीय पुलिस प्रशिक्षण अकादमी, भोपाल ने नव नियुक्त पुलिस उपाधीक्षकों के लिए 4 सप्ताह का विशेषीकृत प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम शुरू किया।

कर्नाटक के कुल 17 अधिकारी इस चार-सप्ताह के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम से गुजरेंगे, जो 10 अप्रैल, 2024 को शुरू होगा और 8 मई, 2024 को समाप्त होगा। यह कार्यक्रम इन अधिकारियों को उनके क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्टता प्राप्त करने के लिए आवश्यक कौशल और ज्ञान देने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है

उद्घाटन समारोह में केंद्रीय पुलिस प्रशिक्षण अकादमी के निदेशक श्री अनिल किशोर यादव, आईपीएस की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही, जिन्होंने कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन किया। अपने उद्घाटन भाषण में, श्री अनिल किशोर यादव ने नव नियुक्त डिप्टी एसपी की क्षमताओं और दक्षता को बढ़ाने में इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के सर्वोपरि महत्व पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने कानून और व्यवस्था बनाए रखने, सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने और न्याय के सिद्धांतों को बनाए रखने में इन अधिकारियों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका पर प्रकाश डाला।

The 2nd National Conference on "Emerging Technologies for Law Enforcement Agencies: Eyes on Innovation – New Police Technology" was organized in a hybrid format at the Central Academy for Police Training, Bhopal, on January 3rd and 4th, 2024.

With over 200 attendees, including police officers and stakeholders nationwide, the event followed the success of its inaugural edition in February 2023.

Dr. S L Thaosen, a seasoned IPS officer of the MP cadre and former-DG CRPF, joined as the chief guest for the inaugural address. In his keynote address, he emphasized the importance of technology integration.

Shri Anil Kishore Yadav, IPS, Director CAPT, showcased the latest technologies for public safety. Director CAPT thanked senior officers and experts for their crucial participation, highlighting efforts to foster collaborative learning.

The Sensitization program on newly enacted Criminal Major Acts is being organized at Central Academy for Police training for two weeks starting from 27th December 2023. Over 125 officers are attending the program.

Shri Anil Kishore Yadav, IPS, Director CAPT Bhopal and Shri Rajashekara N, IPS DIG/Deputy Director took the first introductory session on newly enacted Criminal Major Acts i.e. The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (No. 45 of 2023); The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (No. 46 of 2023); The Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (No. 47 of 2023) .
BPR&D is set to sensitize Law Enforcement Agencies and other stakeholders in a holistic and time bound manner. Accordingly, Central Academy for Police Training. (CAPT) Bhopal under the aegis of BPR&D is conducting courses on "Sensitization on new CriminalLaws - 2023" for Police officers. Detailed "Capacity Building Courses" for all stakeholders of adequate duration will be organized shortly.

Course coordinator Shri Prakash Badolia, Assistant Director expressed gratitude to the Director CAPT Shri Anil Kishore Yadav, IPS and other officers of the bureau for their guidance, support and active participation.

The 3rd National Conference of Young Deputy Superintendents of Police (DY SPs) is currently taking place in Hybrid mode at Central Academy for Police Training (CAPT) Bhopal from December 21st to 22nd, 2023. With 80 police officers participating in person and 100 virtually, the conference aims to enhance knowledge in new-age technology for effective cybercrime management.

Chief Guest Shri Rishi Kumar Shukla, former DGP Madhya Pradesh, and former Director CBI, underscored the significance of technology integration and proper investigation procedures in addressing cybercrime. During his opening remarks, Shri Anil Kishore Yadav, Director CAPT, emphasized the academy's dedication to uniting stakeholders. He also revealed plans for Mid Career Training Programs and national integration foundation programs.

Shri Rajashekara N, IPS, Dy Director, and Shri Moolchand, Assistant Director, conveyed their gratitude to participants in their vote of thanks.

Shri Anil Kishore Yadav, IPS from the 1996 Bihar Cadre, now serves as the Director at the Central Academy for Police Training in Bhopal.

This assignment is a part of his five-year deputation to the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D).

Prior to taking on this new role, Shri Anil Kishore Yadav held the position of Additional Director General (Training) in the Bihar Police.

His extensive experience and background within the police force, particularly in the realm of training, position him as a well-deserving officer for the responsibilities associated with the Central Academy for Police Training.

In a momentous event, the opening ceremony of the 1st batch of directly recruited Junior Intelligence Officers of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) took place today.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri Balaji Srivastava, IPS, Director General of the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D).

These 98 officers, who hold the rank equivalent to Sub-Inspectors, were meticulously selected through the SSC Common Graduate Level Exam 2022.

Adding to the significance of the occasion, Ms. Monika Batra, IRS, Deputy Director General of NCB, also joined as a special guest.

The comprehensive training program awaiting these young officers spans a rigorous 36 weeks. The initial 20 weeks are dedicated to Induction Training at the Central Academy for Police Training (CAPT).

This intensive training program is set to commence on the 6th of November, 2023, and will conclude on the 22nd of March, 2024. This marks the beginning of a journey where these dedicated individuals will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to serve their nation with excellence in the field of intelligence and narcotics control.

On October 21, 2023, as we observe , we unite to express our profound admiration for the courageous police officers of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and State Police forces who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

This solemn ceremony was led by Dy-Director Shri Anuj Kumar Singh, Deputy Inspector General, overseeing the wreath-laying ceremony.

The significance of this day transcended the boundaries of rank, with not only CAPTs' staff but also Judicial Officers and Prosecutors attending training at the academy, all came together to participate in this heartfelt tribute.

They assembled at the Martyrs' Memorial to convey their thankfulness and deep respect for these heroic individuals who sacrificed their lives to defend our nation.

This unity and homage encapsulate the spirit of our great nation, where we collectively stand in remembrance and reverence.
