The Commerce & Transport is an independent Department of the Commerce & Transport Department in the Secretariat Administration of Government of odisha, The department looks after development of PORTS and RAILWAYS in Odisha. Along with these, it has two Heads of Departments under its administrative control, namely:

1. Directorate of Printing, Stationery & Publication, Odisha, Cuttack.

2. The Depa

rtment oversees the Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC) for offering public transport in the State. And also, the department, through Transport Commissioner office, Cuttack and RTO offices, administers the functions of Vehicular Revenue Collection, Registration of Vehicles, Issue of permits and licenses related to transport sector.
