ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଉପଦେଷ୍ଟା ତଥା ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବିକାଶ ପରିଷଦ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଶ୍ରୀ ଅସିତ ତ୍ରିପାଠୀଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ୬୨ ତମ କାଉନ୍ସିଲ ବୈଠକ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ। ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ମାନ୍ୟବର ବିଧାୟକ ତଥା ବିଶେଷଜ୍ଞ ସଦସ୍ୟଗଣ ପରିଷଦ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଅସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ମଣ୍ଡପ ଓ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବା ଦିଗରେ ତଥା ବୃହତ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପମାନ ତ୍ଵରାନ୍ଵିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିବା ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ସମୂହର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିଥିଲେ। ୧ ଏପ୍ରିଲ୍ ରୁ ୨୧ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୨୦୨୩ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୧୪୧୬ ଟି ଲୋକକେନ୍ଦ୍ରିତ ଉନ୍ନୟନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପାଇଁ ୧୧୮ କୋଟି ୮୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କାର ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବୈଠକରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ ହୋଇଥିଲା।
