Our learners explored Mathematics in a fun and practical way. As part of their oral assessment, students used different objects to demonstrate their understanding of concepts.

This activity encouraged hands-on learning and experiential learning, helping children connect classroom knowledge with real-life situations. Seeing their confidence while explaining concepts was truly wonderful.

At Ek Asha Vidya Vanam, we believe learning becomes meaningful when children see, touch, and experience it themselves.

We are happy to share that our ThinkCentre student, Nakula Sethi (Class 8), from Pitabasa High School, Jharagogua, has successfully cleared the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Examination (NMMS). This scholarship will provide ₹12,000 per year from Class 9 to Class 12, supporting talented students in continuing their education.

We are extremely proud of Nakula—his dedication and hard work have truly paid off. 👏 A heartfelt appreciation to our ThinkCentre Teacher Sabyasachi Maharana and our Volunteer Mentors as well, whose constant guidance, encouragement, and mentorship have played an important role in his growth and achievement.

We are proud to share that one of our active volunteers, Manashi Mishra Dash, received the Prerna Samman yesterday from Akhil Bharatiya Terapanth Mahila Mandal for her dedicated work with Ek-Asha Trust.

This recognition is not just for one person—it is a tribute to all our amazing women volunteers whose dedication, compassion, and commitment continue to uplift and empower the children we work with.

Because of their spirit and selfless service, we are able to achieve meaningful change in many young lives.

On this special occasion, we wish every woman a Happy Women’s Day!

✨ STEAM Workshop Success! ✨

This month, we successfully conducted our STEAM Workshop in collaboration with AGF at SSVM School, Bolani, from 10th to 16th February.

A total of 12 engaging sessions (2 hours each) were conducted for students of Grades 6, 7, and 8. Around 60 students (29 boys and 31 girls) actively participated, exploring creativity, innovation, and hands-on learning throughout the week.

Going forward, we are committed to conducting this workshop every month, expanding our reach and continuing to create meaningful, hands-on learning experiences for students.

It was truly inspiring to see young minds curious, confident, and eager to learn! 🚀
