Secure Nature Society – 5-Year Journey 🌱
Today, we proudly complete five incredible years of working for nature.

What began as a small, heartfelt effort has grown into a structured organisation dedicated to conservation, awareness, and education.

Our journey highlights:
• 149 clean-up drives collecting nearly 49,000 kg of waste across Mandvi coasts & shoreline, forests like Dakeshwari Hills & Black Hill Kutch, Padalnagar, and lakes such as Topar Sar & Hamirsar
• 8,200 birdhouses & water pots distributed (1,000 more currently in production)
• Paryaksha programme conducted in 35+ schools, reaching over 6,000 students
• National photography competition, quiz & drawing events, Nature Caretaker Awards (twice), and three exhibitions featuring waste art

Some pilot projects like the water conservation initiative at Topar Sar Lake and plantation drives taught us valuable lessons and are currently on hold.
Reflection

We have evolved from a clean-up focused group into a broader platform working across conservation, environmental education, and meaningful community engagement. Every step success or challenge has shaped a stronger path forward.

Moving Forward
This milestone is just the beginning. We remain committed to strengthening conservation efforts, expanding education, building deeper community connections, and creating scalable impact.

Our purpose stays unchanged to work for nature, learn from it, and share that understanding with others. 💚

ફરી એક વખત ભુજમાં,

ફરી આ વર્ષે પક્ષીઘર વિતરણ નું કામ કરી પક્ષી સરક્ષણ અને લોકો સાથે સંપર્ક સાધવાનો પ્રયત્ન ચાલુ રાખેલ છે. ભુજ રહેવાસીઓ નો ખૂબ જ સારો સહયોગ રહ્યો તેમના થકી થોડા વધુ પક્ષી પરિવારો ને આ કમોસમી વરસાદ અને heat wave ના સમયે એક અસરો મળી રહેશે અને તેમનું રક્ષણ થશે.

ચકલી ઘર ની જગ્યા એ પક્ષી ઘર શબ્દ કેમ ? તો કદાચ એટલે કેમકે અમે વિતરણ કે લગાવેલ માટી ના પક્ષી ઘરો માં ચકલીઓ સિવાય અન્ય પક્ષીઓ પણ માળા બનાવતા હોય તેવું નોંધાયું છે.

આ વર્ષ થોડું મોડું શુરૂ થયું છે વિતરણનું સફર પણ અમારી પૂરી કોશિશ રહેશે કે શક્યા તેટલા પક્ષિધર ને શક્યા તેટલા વિસ્તાર માં પહોંચાડી શકીએ. અને તે માટે દાતા હંમેશા અમારી સાથે રહી અમારી મદદ કરી છે તો તેમનો ખુબ આભાર.
