New Rail club situated at Titli Chowk is mainly for the functions and get together .The facilities provided at New Rail Club are as given below -
Sprawling Lawn with excellent landscaping ,central stage , canopies and fountains . Fully air conditioned central hall alongwith covered veranda on all four sides suitable for a gathering of about 200-225 persons

2. Hiring of New club for functions : Normally the following procedure shall be adopted for Booking of the club :-
(i) The applicant shall fill up a standard application proforma (to be duly forwarded by a railway officer in case of outsider). Secretary, the desired charges shall be deposited in the Club’s Bank Account. (iii) The Treasurer/ Hony. Secretary shall certify that the amount has been deposited in the bank. (iv) Only then the Manager shall book the club premises to the members/ outsiders.

Note : a. For booking of the Club they shall submit their application to the Club Manager ( Mob. No. 9752441390) through any Railway Officer, who is a member of the Club. They shall also submit a Security deposit of Rs.10,000/- , which will be returned after satisfactory completion of booking period. The Club may deduct any suitable amount equivalent to the damages made during the use. In case the applicant fails to avail the booking facility, then only 50% of the security deposit will be returned along with the amount deposited by him. (B.S.Wallia)
