Public of Calangute Village are hereby informed that in view of increasing number of cases of Covid-19 pandemic the Village Panchayat of Calangute in Association with Calangute Association along with Primary Health Center, Candolim has organized a Free Covid-19 vaccination Camp under “Tika Utsav” on FRIDAY, 16th APRIL 2021 from 9 AM to 5 PM at Calangute Association Ground Floor Hall, Umtavaddo, Calangute
The Free Vaccination Camp is for all people ABOVE 45 YEARS of age, please carry your ADHAAR CARD compulsorily or if not available any government approved ID and walk in to the venue.
Calangute Panchayat will provide FREE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE pick up and drop facility from various points in each ward (Only Main Roads) Contact Godwin on 9623107552 for transport details and pick up points.
Requesting all villagers please avail the benefit and wear masks, maintain social distancing on the day of the drive. Sanitizer will be provided and Temperature Check will be done at the venue.
Please note
- COVID Positive patients and all those under home isolation are NOT ALLOWED for the vaccination camp
- Those who were Covid Positive on or after 15th March 2021 NOT ALLOWED for the vaccination camp
- Those suffering from any Symptoms of Covid NOT ALLOWED for the vaccination camp
- Those who have come in Contact with a COVID Positive patient mainly high-risk contacts (family members) NOT ALLOWED for the vaccination camp
