Applications are Invited for the Internship Programme 2026 at The Gender Park
The Gender Park introduces a structured Internship Programme designed for students under the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP) combining classroom learning with practical fields.
This 15-day internship programme aims to bridge the gap between theoretical understanding on gender, governance, care institutions, and social protection mechanisms for women and children.
The programme includes:
• 30 hours of classroom sessions on gender concepts, gender mainstreaming, gender budgeting, gender laws, policies, and governance
• 45 hours of field exposure across Child Care Institutions (CCIs), Sakhi One Stop Centres, Short Stay Homes, library, and museum within the Gender Park campus
• Practical assignments, institutional observations, documentation exercises, mentoring activities, and programme planning
Interaction with professionals, institutions, and communities working in the field of women and child development
Each participant will be required to submit a final internship report upon completion, and certificates will be issued to successful interns.
