Extremely honoured and privileged to speak on women’s role in the private security industry at The 1st Stakeholders Conference on the Private Security Agencies Regulation (PSAR) Act, held on October 1, 2024
it was a significant event aimed at strengthening the private security industry. Hosted by Punjab Police in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), it highlighted the role of private security in bolstering public safety. Key government officials, including Principal Secretary , Home , Mr Gurkirat Kirpal Singh and ADGP , security Mr SS Srivastava, emphasized the need for cooperation between private security agencies and law and order
Additionally, military officials were also present, underscoring the critical partnership between the army and private security forces in maintaining law and order.
