DAV Old Students Association - Davosa This is an exclusive DAV ALUMNI ONLY Page. The sole purpose of which is to re-unite all Alumni of DAV Public School, Sec 8-C, Chandigarh. Let's go back to DAV !!

For a Long time, we were used to seeing the 'DAVOSA Meet' Day scheduled in our School Diaries. It started when we were young, as the years progressed, we got to know more about what DAVOSA Actually stood for. Finally, we Passed our School, be it class 10 or Class 12, we were done with our Schooling. Now we were members of this 'DAVOSA', but so many years passed, no re-union, no notice, old friends

and class-mates busy in their own lives. Not any more, We have decided to revive the DAVOSA Name, We have decided to bring back those old memories, bring back the nostalgia that is contained in the Walls of our beloved DAV Public School. Lets Meet, Greet and Go back to what was once our source of knowledge. PROUD TO BE A DAVian. Let's make this happen !

Sorry for the delay, but a meeting was held with Madam Principal on the 24th of January.
Certain points which were discussed were as follows -

1. Re-starting of DAVOSA, which was happily accepted by Madam Principal.
2. Type of events that would be held.
3. Venue for the events.
4. Terms and Conditions* of the School.
5. As of now, NO Disc Parties*, as a re-union is all about meeting your old teachers and your school.
6. Appointment of teachers as coordinators for DAVOSA. (Ms. Sangita Sardana and Ms. Sangita Kumari)
7. Mentioning of a membership/event organizing fee (to be fixed later on)
8. Appointment of Batch representatives.

* - Please note that said details are subject to change, things are still at very initial stages, a lot of changes will be made before a final announcement regarding the dates, venue, types of events.

The DAVOSA meet is now OFFICIALLY under works...

A meet will be organized after the Board exams finish and when the new session (2014-15) starts.

So buckle up DAVOSA members, it's gonna be fun time pretty soon..

We would be glad to announce that Madam Principal has agreed for a meeting with the Admins and a few other select members regarding DAVOSA.
A date will be finalised soon, and all DAVOSA members will be instigated.
