‘ਯੁੱਧ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ’ ਤਹਿਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਲਾਜ, ਹਾਰਮ-ਰਿਡਕਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੜ ਵਸੇਬੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸਿਹਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਡਾ. ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਧਾਰਾ ਨਾਲ ਮੁੜ ਜੋੜਨਾ ਹੈ।
