The Japanese Summer Camp 2026 Certification Awarding Function was successfully held on 22nd May 2026 at the IJCCI Campus. The summer camp, specially organized for children aged 7 to 13 years, offered an engaging and enjoyable introduction to Japanese language and culture.

A total of 25 students enthusiastically participated in the camp, taking part in interactive language sessions, cultural activities, games, and creative learning experiences that encouraged curiosity and global understanding among young learners.

Adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the event, the students also delighted the audience with karaoke performances, showcasing their enthusiasm, confidence, and appreciation for Japanese music and culture.

The highlight of the function was the presence of Ms. Iigai Yuka, Deputy Consul General from the Consulate General of Japan, Chennai who graciously awarded certificates to the students in recognition of their successful completion of the summer camp. Her encouraging words inspired the children to continue exploring new languages and cultures.
