เมื่อวันที่ 6 สิงหาคม 2569 นายรชา อารีพรรค กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองเจนไน เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะนาย D.K. Shivakumar มุขมนตรีรัฐกรณาฏกะ ณ อาคาร Vidhana Soudha เมืองบังคาลอร์

ในโอกาสดังกล่าว ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้แลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างไทยกับรัฐกรณาฏกะในหลากหลายมิติ โดยเฉพาะด้านการค้าและการลงทุน การศึกษา และการท่องเที่ยว ตลอดจนการดูแลและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ชุมชนชาวไทยที่พำนักอยู่ในรัฐกรณาฏกะ

On 6 August 2026, Consul-General Racha Aribarg paid a courtesy call on Honorable Mr. D.K. Shivakumar, Chief Minister of Karnataka, at Vidhana Soudha in Bangalore.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on enhancing cooperation between Thailand and the State of Karnataka across a wide range of areas, particularly trade and investment, education, and tourism. They also discussed ways to strengthen support and facilitate services for the Thai community residing in Karnataka.

เมื่อวันที่ 5 ส.ค. 2569 กงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองเจนไน ได้นำข้าราชการสถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ พร้อมด้วยชุมชนไทยในเมืองบังคาลอร์ ร่วมพิธีสวดพระพุทธมนต์ถวายพระราชกุศลเนื่องในวันคล้ายวันพระราชสมภพ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง และวันแม่แห่งชาติ 12 สิงหาคม 2569 นอกจากนี้ สถานกงสุลใหญ่ฯ ได้มอบเงินบริจาคให้แก่วัด Mahabodhi Society เมืองบังคาลอร์ เพื่อสนับสนุนการบำรุงดูแลรักษาศาสนสมบัติของวัด

On 5 August 2026, Consul-General Racha Aribarg presided over a Buddhist chanting ceremony in dedication to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother and National Mother’s Day 12 August 2026, at Mahabodhi Society Temple Bangalore. The ceremony was attended by officials of the Consulate-General and the Thai community in Bangalore. The Royal Thai Consulate-General also offered donation to Mahabodhi Society Temple for the preservation of temple's heritage and assets.

สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองเจนไน ร่วมกับ Avichi College of Art and Science จัดงาน Thai Film Festival ระหว่างวันที่ 3–4 สิงหาคม 2569 โดยนำภาพยนตร์ไทย 2 เรื่อง ได้แก่ “หลานม่า”และ “ฉลาดเกมโกง” ซึ่งได้รับการสนับสนุนจากบริษัท GDH มาจัดฉายให้แก่นักศึกษาสาขาภาพยนตร์และประชาชนทั่วไป เพื่อส่งเสริมการเผยแพร่ภาพยนตร์ไทยในต่างประเทศ

ในพิธีเปิดงาน นาย R.D. Rajasekhar ผู้กำกับภาพยนตร์ชื่อดังของรัฐทมิฬนาฑู ได้เข้าร่วมในฐานะแขกเกียรติยศ โดยมีคณาจารย์ นักศึกษา และผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมรับชมภาพยนตร์และกิจกรรมภายในงานเป็นจำนวนมาก สะท้อนถึงความสนใจของผู้ชมชาวอินเดียที่มีต่ออุตสาหกรรมภาพยนตร์ไทย

The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Chennai, in collaboration with Avichi College of Arts and Science, organized the Thai Film Festival on 3–4 August 2026. Two acclaimed Thai films, "How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies" and "Bad Genius", supported by GDH, were screened for film students and members of the public. The festival aimed to promote Thai cinema to international audiences and enhance appreciation of Thailand's film industry.

The opening ceremony was honoured by the presence of Mr. R.D. Rajasekhar, a renowned cinematographer from Tamil Nadu, who attended as the Guest of Honour. The event attracted a large number of faculty members, students, and film enthusiasts, reflecting the growing interest among Indian audiences in the Thai film industry and Thai cinema.

กงสุลใหญ่รชา อารีพรรค เป็นแขกเกียรติยศในพิธีเปิดงาน Top Thai Brand 2026 ณ ห้างสรรพสินค้า Express Avenue เมืองเจนไน รัฐทมิฬนาฑู เมื่อวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2569

งานดังกล่าวจัดโดยสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าระหว่างประเทศ ณ เมืองเจนไน ระหว่างวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม – 2 สิงหาคม 2569 เพื่อส่งเสริมและประชาสัมพันธ์สินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคคุณภาพจากไทยสู่ตลาดอินเดีย ภายในงานยังมีการจัดแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรมและการสาธิตการปรุงอาหารไทย ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจจากผู้เข้าร่วมงานเป็นอย่างมาก

On 31 July 2026, Consul-General Racha Aribarg attended the opening ceremony of Top Thai Brand 2026 as the Guest of Honor at Express Avenue Mall in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

The event, organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Chennai Office, was held from 31 July to 2 August 2026 to promote high-quality Thai consumer products in the Indian market. Visitors also enjoyed Thai cultural performances and live Thai cooking demonstrations.

On 30 July 2026, Consul-General, together with officials and staffs of the Royal Thai Consulate-General, organised a Buddhist chanting ceremony to dedicate merit to Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita. The ceremony was held to mark the fiftieth day following the passing of Her Royal Highness

เมื่อวันที่ 25 กรกฎาคม 2569 สถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองเจนไน จัดฉายภาพยนตร์สารคดีเรื่อง Aroi Mark ณ เมือง Auroville รัฐทมิฬนาฑู โดยมีชาวอินเดียและชาวต่างชาติในชุมชนเข้าร่วมรับชม

ภาพยนตร์สารคดี Aroi Mark จัดทำโดย Thai PBS นำเสนอเรื่องราวของอาหารไทยในฐานะมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมที่สะท้อนวิถีชีวิต ประวัติศาสตร์ และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของผู้คนในแต่ละภูมิภาคของประเทศไทย ถ่ายทอดความหลากหลายของวัตถุดิบ เทคนิคการปรุงอาหาร และเรื่องราวเบื้องหลังอาหารจานต่าง ๆ ที่สั่งสมและสืบทอดจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น

การจัดฉายสารคดีครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความนิยมอาหารไทยและสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับคุณค่าทางวัฒนธรรมของอาหารไทยแก่ผู้ชมในอินเดีย พร้อมทั้งเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมไทย

On 25 July 2026, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Chennai organized a screening of the documentary "Aroi Mark" in Auroville, Tamil Nadu, India. The event was attended by members of the local community as well as international residents.

Produced by Thai PBS, "Aroi Mark" showcases Thai cuisine as an important part of Thailand's cultural heritage, reflecting the country's way of life, history, and local wisdom across its diverse regions. The documentary highlights the richness of Thailand's culinary traditions through its unique ingredients, cooking techniques, and the stories behind various dishes that have been preserved and passed down from generation to generation.

The screening aimed to promote the popularity of Thai cuisine and enhance understanding among Indian audiences of its cultural significance. Participants also had an opportunity to exchange views and learn more about Thai culture.

On 23 July 2026, Consul-General Racha Aribarg presided over a ceremony to celebrate the auspicious occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua on 28 July 2026. The ceremony was attended by officials of the Consulate-General, Thai Trade Center, and representatives of the Thai private sector in Chennai.
