Superbrain Summer Camp Concludes Successfully with Encouraging Outcomes for Children's Cognitive and Emotional Development
The two-week Super Brain Summer Camp, organized by Adhyatam Sadhana Kendra from 25 May to 7 June 2026, concluded on a highly positive note, leaving a lasting impact on the participating children and their families.
The camp brought together 20 children in a carefully structured programme aimed at enhancing attention, concentration, cognitive efficiency, emotional balance, and overall physical and mental well-being.
A key objective of the initiative was to promote holistic development by strengthening children's concentration, emotional balance, cognitive abilities, and overall well-being through scientifically designed mind-body practices.
To objectively evaluate the effectiveness of the programme, psychological assessments measuring attention, concentration, processing speed, and cognitive efficiency were conducted at the beginning and conclusion of the camp.
The comparative analysis of pre- and post-assessment results demonstrated significant improvements across these key areas, indicating measurable gains in cognitive performance and attentional abilities.
Throughout the camp, children engaged daily in a comprehensive schedule that included Yoga practices, stretching exercises, relaxation techniques, Brain Gym activities, cognitive and recreational games, Preksha Meditation sessions, and specially designed blindfold activities to strengthen sensory awareness and concentration.
Psychological tests confirmed remarkable positive changes over the course of the programme. Children displayed increased calmness, improved attention spans, enhanced self-control, greater responsiveness to instructions, and deeper engagement in activities. Many participants also developed a genuine interest in Yoga and meditation, practising with growing enthusiasm and discipline.
The concluding day featured a series of enjoyable and skill-based competitions, including the Lemon Race, Water Filling Race, Surya Namaskar Competition, and Blindfold Activity Challenge. Certificates, medals, and gifts were presented to all participants by Sh. K.C Jain Director Adhyatm Sadhna Kendra, in recognition of their commitment, enthusiasm, and active participation throughout the camp.
Parents expressed heartfelt appreciation for the initiative and shared encouraging feedback regarding the positive behavioural, emotional, and attentional changes they observed in their children during the two-week period.
The successful completion of the Super Brain Summer Camp underscores the potential of integrating Yoga, Preksha Meditation, relaxation practices, and Brain Gym activities into children's daily routines to support holistic development.
The encouraging outcomes of the programme reaffirm the value of such evidence-based interventions in nurturing focused, emotionally balanced, and confident young minds.
