An internship beyond desks and presentations… ❤️

Our intern from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum,
joined Pankh India Foundation through the Kind Leaders program
and chose to be a part of the Coat of Dignity project at a village school in Kabbur.

A small experience,
but one that brings understanding, empathy, and connection to reality.

Because leadership begins when young minds step onto the ground and experience the lives of others. 🌱

Reusable pad making training

What began as a simple learning session
has now come to a meaningful completion.

Through this training, women not only learned how to make reusable pads,
but also understood the importance of menstrual hygiene, sustainability,
and taking charge of their own well-being.

With certificates in their hands today,
they carry more than just proof of completion—
they carry confidence, awareness, and a skill
that can support both health and livelihood.

These are the small yet powerful steps
that lead to long-term change. 🌱
