After undergoing a complex surgery to save her fractured limb and fighting through a very long road to recovery, she defied every single odd. Today, her past injuries have simply become a part of her unique, proud stride and she has emerged as a healthy, vibrant, and incredibly loving companion! ❤️

CRUELTY RESPONSE WORK IN NUMBERS – May 2026 🐾💛
Another month of standing up for animals who cannot speak for themselves. Here’s how our Cruelty Response Team worked tirelessly through May:
• 13 cases received
• 09 cases closed
This month, the most common issues we responded to included improper pet ownership (08 cases), and abuse of community animals (05 cases).
Every report helps us protect animals, educate communities, and ensure accountability. Thank you to everyone who stepped up, spoke up, and helped us respond with care and compassion. Together, we are creating a kinder city for all beings. 💛🐾

Our team continues its relentless pursuit of a rabies-free Coimbatore, combining rapid field response with vital community outreach. Here’s what May looked like:
🌟 190 hotline calls handled
🌟 38 cases investigated
🌟 21 post-mortems conducted
🌟 15 tested positive (LFA)
🌟 925 vaccinations done around hotspots
🌟 2064 people educated

🐾✨Our shelter was filled with so much warmth and energy, all thanks to four incredible Class 10 students from Delhi Public School. As part of their SEVA project, they jumped right into volunteering by helping out around the shelter, spending quality time with our rescues, and spreading so much joy.❤️ They also brought along a wonderfully generous donation of dog food, cat food, and delicious treats to keep all our furry residents very well-fed and extra happy! 🐕🐱🦴
This visit was part of our Compassion Building Initiative, generously supported by 🌿.
Watching the younger generation approach animal welfare with such genuine empathy, dedication, and respect is profoundly inspiring. A massive thank you to these wonderful DPS champions for making a real, tangible difference for our animals. You are always welcome back! 👋❤️
