Educational Association which owns a chain of educational institutions including Bapuji Institute of Engineering & Technology.[1] He is a well known educationalist and industrialist and owns a group of industries known as shamanur Group with sugar and Distillaries as prime business.His son Shamanur Mallikarjun was Minister for youth and Sports in the Government of Karnataka. S S Mallikarjun’s father is a very well known Politician, educationalist and industrialist. Shri Shamanur S Mallikarjun was the Minister for Youth and Sports in the Government of Karnataka during 2000 – 04. He is successfully working for the welfare of the public by his determination and dedication for the development of the general public. S S Mallikarjun is a graduate Commerce from Mysore University. He is Joint Secretary of Bapuji Educational Association. S S Mallikarjun has 2 elder brothers S S Ganesh and S S Bakkesh.

🚩 ಶಾಲೆ-ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಸರಿ ಶಾಲು: ಶೋಕಿಯೋ ಅಥವಾ ಭಕ್ತಿಯೋ?
​ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಸರಿ ಶಾಲಿನ ವಿಚಾರ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನನ್ನದೊಂದು ನೇರವಾದ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿದೆ:
ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಕೇಸರಿ ಶಾಲು ಧರಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ಹಣೆ ತುಂಬಾ ನಾಮ ಹಾಕಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಿ. ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಅಂದರೆ ನಾಲ್ಕು ದಿನ ಈ ಸಂಭ್ರಮ ಇರಬಹುದು. ಐದನೇ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಆ ಶಾಲೂ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಆ ನಾಮವೂ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ! ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ಇಂದಿನ ಯುವಜನತೆಗೆ ಇದು ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಆವೇಶವಷ್ಟೇ ಹೊರತು ನಿರಂತರ ಜೀವನಶೈಲಿಯಲ್ಲ. ಇಂದಿನ ಹುಡುಗಿಯರೂ ಇಂತಹ ಅತಿರೇಕದ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಕಹಿ ಸತ್ಯ.
ಧರ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಎಷ್ಟು ಮಂದಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಶಾಸಕರು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಕೇಸರಿ ಶಾಲು ಧರಿಸಿ ಓಡಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ? ಮೊದಲು ಅವರ ಪಕ್ಷ ತನ್ನ ಶಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ಕೇಸರಿ ಶಾಲು ಧರಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯಗೊಳಿಸಲಿ. ಆಗ ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತದೆ ಅವರ ನಿಜವಾದ 'ಧರ್ಮನಿಷ್ಠೆ' ಎಷ್ಟಿದೆ ಎಂದು!
ಶಾಲೆ-ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ಇರುವುದು ಜ್ಞಾನಾರ್ಜನೆಗೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಶೋಕಿ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕಲ್ಲ. ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ.
