and wires and co-ordination of Transmission facilities for the state of Uttarakhand. At present 100% shares of the company is held by the Government of Uttarakhand either directly or through its nominees. Authorized Capital of the Company at the time of incorporation was Rs. 10,00,00000/-(Ten Crores) divided into one lacs Equity shares of Rs. 1000/- each. At present the authorized capital of the company is Rs. 1,00,00,00000/-(Hundred Crores).PTCUL endeavors to be among the best of Power Transmission utilities in India in operating efficiency, system reliability standards and commercially viable operations.
