DPS Dehradun Hosts Principals' Meet and NCF-SE 2023 Workshop
Dehradun, May 30, 2026: Delhi Public School, Dehradun, successfully hosted the NCF-SE 2023 Principals' Resource Person (PRP) Workshop and a Principals' Meet on Computational Thinking and Artificial Intelligence, bringing together around 100 Principals and educational leaders from across the region.
The NCF-SE 2023 workshop was conducted by distinguished resource persons Mr. Sanjeev Jain and Ms. Madhu Sharma, who provided valuable insights into the implementation of the National Curriculum Framework and its alignment with the vision of NEP 2020. Through interactive sessions and collaborative activities, participants explored innovative pedagogical practices, competency-based learning, and holistic assessment strategies.
Welcoming the participants, Mr. B. K. Singh, Principal, DPS Dehradun, emphasized the importance of professional learning and collaboration in creating future-ready educational environments.
The Principals' Meet was graced by Shri Manish Kumar Tyagi, Head, Centre of Excellence (COE), CBSE, as the Chief Guest. He presented a comprehensive overview of the CBSE Annual Report, highlighting key initiatives and future directions of the Board. A major focus of his address was the integration of Artificial Intelligence in classrooms, stressing its potential to enhance teaching-learning processes and prepare students for a rapidly evolving world.
The event also featured vibrant cultural performances by DPS Dehradun students, adding warmth and enthusiasm to the gathering.
Expressing gratitude to the Chief Guest, resource persons, and participants, Mr. B. K. Singh reiterated the significance of such forums in promoting educational leadership, innovation, and the exchange of best practices.
