"सवाल पूछो तो मौन, काम का वक्त आए तो 'ABSENT'!"
​पूरे मानसून सत्र के दौरान जब-जब संसद में विपक्ष ने देश के ज्वलंत मुद्दों पर जवाब मांगा, गृहमंत्री जी गायब रहे।

​लेकिन जैसे ही सत्र खत्म होने का समय आया, हाजिरी लगाने पहुंच गए।

“इनको हम पागल कर देंगे…”

नरेंद्र मोदी की रातों की नींद उड़ चुकी है, कुछ वजहें सबके सामने हैं, कुछ अभी पर्दे के पीछे।

जिन अमित शाह को ‘चाणक्य’ बताकर महिमामंडित किया गया, वे छात्रों के सवालों से ऐसे गायब हुए कि 20 दिनों तक संसद का सामना नहीं कर पाए।

अब इस सरकार को समझ आ गया है, देश जाग चुका है और अपनी आवाज़ दबने नहीं देगा।

यह घटना हर भारतीय का खून खौला देने वाली है।

कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष श्री मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे जी द्वारा हल्द्वानी में एक जनसभा को संबोधित करने के बाद भाजपा-आरएसएस के मुखौटों ने उस स्थान का तथाकथित “शुद्धिकरण” किया।

एक दलित नेता की उपस्थिति के बाद शुद्धिकरण!

आखिर “अपवित्र” क्या हुआ था—वह मंच या भाजपा-आरएसएस की वह मानसिकता, जो आज भी किसी दलित को सिर ऊंचा करके खड़े होते, सम्मान पाते और अपनी सत्ता को चुनौती देते हुए बर्दाश्त नहीं कर सकती?

नारों और धार्मिक भावनाओं का बहाना बनाकर भारत की बुद्धि का अपमान मत कीजिए। नारों पर आपत्ति है तो उनकी निंदा कीजिए। लेकिन खरगे जी के उस मंच पर खड़े होने के बाद “शुद्धिकरण” की आवश्यकता क्यों पड़ी? यह कोई धार्मिक अनुष्ठान नहीं था। यह जातिवादी नफरत का एक सोचा-समझा और सार्वजनिक प्रदर्शन था—घृणित, कुटिल और किसी भी परिस्थिति में अक्षम्य।

भाजपा ने इस कायरतापूर्ण व्यवस्था में महारत हासिल कर ली है। उसके मुखौटे जहर फैलाते हैं, उसके प्रवक्ता बहाने गढ़ते हैं और प्रधानमंत्री चुप्पी के पीछे छिप जाते हैं। नरेंद्र मोदी कैमरों के सामने बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर की प्रतिमाओं पर मालाएं चढ़ाते हैं, जबकि उनके इर्द-गिर्द खड़ा वैचारिक तंत्र उसी छुआछूत को दोहरा रहा है, जिसके विरुद्ध बाबासाहेब जीवन भर लड़ते रहे।

बहुत हो चुका यह पाखंड। बहुत हो चुकी यह गंदगी।

किसी दलित की उपस्थिति से कोई मंच अपवित्र नहीं होता। कोई मंदिर, गांव, कुआं, विद्यालय या यह देश अपवित्र नहीं होता। इन्हें अपवित्र करती है जातिवादी मानसिकता।

आप हजारों लीटर पानी बहा सकते हैं, हजारों अग्नियां प्रज्वलित कर सकते हैं और जितने चाहें मंत्रों का जाप कर सकते हैं। लेकिन अपनी विचारधारा में समाई नफरत का शुद्धिकरण नहीं कर सकते। कोई भी अनुष्ठान उन लोगों की नैतिक सड़ांध को साफ नहीं कर सकता, जो आज भी किसी दूसरे मनुष्य की उपस्थिति को अपवित्र मानते हैं।

यह केवल खरगे जी का अपमान नहीं है। यह प्रत्येक दलित पर प्रहार है, बाबासाहेब के संविधान पर प्रहार है और भारत गणराज्य के माथे पर कलंक है।

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को सार्वजनिक रूप से उत्तर देना होगा—क्या वह बिना किसी किंतु-परंतु के इस जातिवादी अश्लीलता की निंदा करते हैं या फिर अपने वैचारिक सिपाहियों की इस करतूत को उनकी स्वीकृति प्राप्त है?

भारत आंबेडकर के संविधान से चलेगा - आरएसएस की जातिवादी व्यवस्था से नहीं। देश में समानता होगी, छुआछूत नहीं। मानवता ही हमारी विचारधारा है, यह घिनौनी नफरत और भेदभाव नहीं। ऐसी निम्न मानसिकता का हमारे विविधतापूर्ण देश में कोई अस्तित्व नहीं हो सकता।

मंच को शुद्धिकरण की आवश्यकता नहीं थी।

शुद्धिकरण की आवश्यकता भाजपा और आरएसएस की जातिवादी राजनीति को है।

भाजपा और भाजपा को समर्थन करने वाले लोगों का लॉजिक समझ से परे है।संजय निषाद गजब है
