Rashtriye Samajsevi Parishad a non political organisation will continue to exist in its former nature and will operate under its own constitution and limitations.
On the other hand political party Samajsevi party of India will have its own separate constitution, its mandate and structure will have roots in political sphere of India and will derive its authority from law of land and it too will operate under its own functions and limitations
national president Dr .Niraj yadav strictly demarcated the function ,structure,powers,mode of operation and limitations of organisation which is non political in nature and newly constituted political party . There will not any degree of influence on organisation, its nature will remain truely and purely in its original nature.
Non political social organisation and political party will have diffrent executive and state bodies and lower structure upto village panchayat level and all members from both bodies will operate in there limited sphere as per marked by seperate constitution of both bodies.
When we analyse and recaptulate the past 18 years of social work expirience,the very primary issue comes out is that many administative and governance body at every level are biggest hurdle and obstacle in our progressive work because they are charged with political parties of diffrent ideology.
In order to adress down and tackle this issue ,from many pockets of nation esteemed individuals are demanding a political party with seperate constitution ( party constitution ) and structure ,just to be a part of governance and contribute some in nation building with some seperate ideology.
Upcoming time will have legislative assembly election in five states of nation in which our political party will have representatives on all seats especially in uttar pradesh we will contest election on all 403 legislative seats.
Political party will also operate on same objective of social service and we are very much sure that surely will have blessings of people . Subjcets in priority will always be serving poor and needy,women health education and empowerment,eradication of poverty,hunger,malnutrition,old age care,widow,women and children safety ,opressed,depressed,farmers,unemployement,basic necessities of life and all.
