National Cyber Security Awareness Month - October, 2022

श्री नवीन कुमार जैन (वरिष्ठ निदेशक एवं केंद्र प्रमुख) की अध्यक्षता में दिनांक 29 सितंबर 2022 को सी-डैक, दिल्ली केंद्र में हिंदी पखवाड़ा - 2022 के समापन समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में श्री नरेन्द्र कुमार प्रसाद, उपनिदेशक (राजभाषा) केंद्रीय हिंदी प्रशिक्षण संस्थान, मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में आमंत्रित थे।

कार्यक्रम में वरिष्ठ निदेशक एवं केंद्र प्रमुख द्वारा केंद्र की हिंदी पत्रिका ‘मनन’ के दूसरे ई-संस्करण का ऑनलाइन विमोचन किया गया। पत्रिका में रचनात्मक योगदान देने हेतु अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को प्रशस्ति पत्र एवं स्मृतिचिह्न प्रदान किये गये।

कॉर्पोरेट स्तरीय प्रतियोगिताओं में केंद्र ने उच्च स्तर की प्रतिभागिता दर्ज करी और विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं जैसे कि ड्राइंग, पावर प्रेजेंटेशन, वीडियो प्रस्तुतिकरण में ऊंचा पुरस्कार प्राप्त कर आयोजन सहयोग में भी स्थान प्राप्त किया। जिसके लिए प्रतिभागियों को प्रतिभागिता प्रमाण पत्र एवं स्मृतिचिह्न प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया गया।

नई दिल्ली : 8 अगस्त 2022

नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति की 11वीं छमाही बैठक दिनांक 8 अगस्त 2022 को पुलिस अनुसंधान एवं विकास ब्यूरो के सभागार में आयोजित की गई। नराकास द्वारा की गई समीक्षा के अनुसार सी-डैक दिल्ली केंद्र द्वारा राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट श्रेणी का प्रदर्शन किया गया।

गत 29 जुलाई 2022 को सी-डैक दिल्ली केंद्र द्वारा आयोजित ऑनलाइन राजभाषा बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रतियोगिता के विजेता परिणामों की घोषणा बैठक के दौरान की गई और विजेताओं के कार्यालय प्रतिनिधियों को नराकास अध्यक्ष के कर-कमलों द्वारा प्रशस्ति पत्र दे कर सम्मानित किया गया। प्रतियोगिता में विजयी प्रतिभागियों हेतु प्रशस्ति पत्र एवं रु.5,000/-, 3,000/- एवं 2,000/- की भी घोषणा एवं संस्तुति केंद्र प्रमुख द्वारा की गई थी।

इससे पहले चूंकि सी-डैक दिल्ली केंद्र द्वारा ऑनलाइन राजभाषा बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रतियोगिता की घोषणा की गई थी तो नराकास प्रबंधन एवं सभी सदस्य कार्यालय इस आयोजन से अति उत्साहित थे क्योंकि नराकास स्तर पर इस प्रकार की ऑनलाइन प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन इससे पूर्व कभी नही किया गया था। नराकास प्रबंधन द्वारा सी-डैक को एक प्रस्तुतिकरण देने के लिए विशेष रूप से आग्रह किया गया।

सी-डैक की उपलब्धियों एवं क्षमताओं से संबंधित जानकारी पर प्रस्तुतिकरण वरिष्ठ निदेशक एवं केंद्र प्रमुख श्री नवीन कुमार जैन के द्वारा दिया गया। अपने प्रस्तुतिकरण में उन्होनें सी-डैक के द्वारा विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में किये गये अभिनव प्रयासों, भाषाई संगणन में किये गये मानकीकरण, सुपर कंप्यूटिंग के क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भरता एवं अंतर्राष्ट्रीय पटल पर सी-डैक द्वारा किये गये विकास कार्यों के कारण देश को प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में मिली एक सम्मानित पहचान के विषय में विस्तार से बताते हुए सदन के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया और नराकास प्रबंधन के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया।

कार्यक्रम के अंत में अपने अभिभाषण में नराकास अध्यक्षा श्रीमती नीलम शमी राव, भा.प्र.से., आयुक्त – कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन ने सी-डैक द्वारा किये गये कार्यों की मुक्त कंठ से सराहना की। उन्होनें भाषाई क्षेत्र में किये गये विकास एवं मानकीकरण कार्यों को विशेष रूप से सराहा और सी-डैक के प्रति धन्यवाद व्यक्त किया। उनके अभिभाषण के मध्य कई बार सदन द्वारा तालियों के साथ अध्यक्षा महोदय की सराहना को समर्थन दिया गया।

DAC Delhi invites the Indian students for an open Grand Challenge being organized as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (iNDIA@75).

Background
As an extension with a wider popularity of Artificial Intelligence, now cognition and behavior aspects are also touching the cutting edge technology The current computational era demands for a multi domain and multidimensional technological aspects on the user behavior analysis solution We aim to showcase the technology for optimization of research and development, disseminate behavior analysis and extend the reach of behavioral services No doubt, the scientific study of behavior learning principles will be helping in advancement of current technology.

The objective of this grand challenge is to seek how behavior analysis can reveal its full powers There is a huge scope both in front end and back end to venture into this domain of work As an
easy and affordable technical solution, more and more mobile phones are being equipped with multiple sensors at present This creates a new opportunity to analyze users daily behaviors and
evolve mobile phones into truly intelligent personal devices The anomaly in behavioral patterns like stress, anger, emotion, fear, attention and concentration can be detected using ML and DL
models However, the anomaly detection problem can be anifested via standard EEG, ECG signals, normal heart rate, standard computer interactions and gaze Along with this, the other AI
models like NLP, CV, IOT and HPC can be taken to use the workspace and take things to another level This work can surely contribute to a greater understanding of social issues We are looking for ideas that can be scaled up in this domain area.
