*Greetings from RITVA - Non profit organization, Kirorimal College, University of Delhi.*

The Ritva is a non-profit organisation that aims to de-mystify the stigma around menstruation through awareness, correct information & support.

Ritva is organising an inter- college digital slogan writing competition, *ALFAAZ* , aimed at spreading awareness about the correct treatment of menstrual waste. We are organising this event under the theme of our upcoming campaign *RITURJA* , which is in collaboration with *Urja* and the *Youth of India* . The campaign is aimed at spreading awareness about the correct treatment of menstrual waste as improper treatment is causing irreversible damage to the environment.

*LAST DATE TO REGISTER* : 24th July, 2022
*INCENTIVES* : Exciting Prizes And Certificate to All The Winners And Participants
*RULES* : 1. Be Creative With Your Words!
2. Slogan should be as much concise as it can be!
3. The competition is *INTER-COLLEGE* , i.e., student of any college can take part in it.
4. Either upload a digital slogan made on software (like CANVA), or simply upload picture of slogan written on paper.
*THEME* : Spreading Awareness Regarding Correct Treatment Of Menstrual Waste.

Billy was reading about the environment just when his father took him out for a walk to teach him about investing properly. But you see, Billy is not a common child. He is small but he loves his environment and besides everything, understands his responsibility towards it. So what does Billy actually do? You already know it. When Billy could understand it, why can't we? We are much grown up than him. We surely can. Let's wait for another interesting story of him and till then - be like Billy. Billy will see you soon.

But high levels of this hormone can lead to hirsutism. Polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS) is the most common cause of hirsutism in women. It is a disorder that causes hormone problems.

Panel Discussion on 20th September 2020 on the topic: "Need for a Menstrual Leave Policy with special emphasis on the Menstruation Benefit Bill, 2018" with under the project NAVRITA, which aims to install vending machines with biodegradable sanitary napkins in schools, colleges, and universities, to address the issue of women's hygiene across various regions.
They have been consistently working in the direction to educate and help women to become empowered.

Y'all are encouraged to participate and learn about this important topic.

It is not a smooth ride always. All of us know that sometimes the period cramps can be too excruciating to handle! Amidst the peaking stress of work, lack of exercises and a healthy routine of life, it is not easy to sail through! We are glad you tried, YOU TRIED:)
This is a shout out to all the menstruators who find themselves almost immovable with the pain but still gather the courage to get through that day.

Trust yourself for you are your only boat, steer in the direction of light and you will see yourself sail.💛
