National YOUTH Project INDIA Shri S.N. Subba Rao is the Founder Director of National Youth Project.N.Y.P. took birth at Mahatma Ga Thus N.Y.P. to help sufferers of natural
calamities.

Subba Rao is the Founder Director of National Youth Project.Seeing that most of the notorious dacoits of the valley took to their
wretched life in their youth, Sh. Subba Rao planned to divert youth energy in Chambal valley for peace and constructive work in Chambal area. took birth at Mahatma Gandhi Sewa Ashram, Joura in 1972. It is an organization which caters to the needs of youth and inculcates

in them human values, sense of communal harmony and promotes national integration. During 1976-1980, the villages of Modhna Jawahar and Bagchini
were active centers of 34 National Integration camps in which more than 15000 young people pledged for national reconstruction. NYP has been organizing camps regularly since then. Normally 200-500 young people participate in a camp. A camp with 23,500 campers was organized at Kevadia (Gujarat) in 1988 and another with 2546 campers at Anandpur Sahib (Punjab) in 1999. Camps during periods of rest
and riots were organized by NYP at Nakodar (Punjab), Bhagalpur (Bihar), Godhra (Gujarat), Aligarh, Kanpur and Varanasi (U.P.) and Mumbai (Maharastra) to promote communal harmony. Camps were also held in Uttar Kashi, Orissa, Gujarat etc. More than 2 lakh young men and women have been trained by Shri S.N. Subba Rao in such camps. An Asian Youth Friendship Camp was organized in 1999 at Lucknow
involving 350 youths from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Maymmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and India under his guidance to fulfil the objectives of human relationship. Camps have also been organised in Napal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. These camps are full of fun and enjoyment for ages 8-80. The camp activities consist of Shram sanskar- work project, language learning,
discussion, skill session, music, singing, games and cultural activities as well as prayers of all religions. The aim is to make the youth shed narrow loyalities to religion, region, language, caste and social status. One experiences the spiritual energy generated by hundreds singing, in unison, inspirational and devotional songs.
