जब इंडियन एक्सप्रेस ने चुनाव आयोग से आयुक्तों की नाराजगी को लेकर सवाल किया तो ज्ञानेश ने बीजेपी के बड़े नेताओं, मंत्रियों और संधू का नाम SIR से हटवा दिया जिससे यह साबित किया जा सके कि सब कुछ फेयर है

संधू और विवेक जोशी के कहने पर जब डिप्टी इलेक्शन कमिश्नर्स ने ज्ञानेश के ख़िलाफ़ कैबिनेट सचिव को चिट्ठी लिखी तो दोनों को अकारण उनके पदों से हटा दिया गया।

ज्ञानेश भारती 10 और संजय कुमार को केवल सवाल खड़ा करने पर चलता कर दिया गया। संजय कुमार ही वो व्यक्ति थे जिन्होंने ERO,CEO, DEO से अधिकारों को छिनने पर सवाल खड़े किए थे।

ज्ञानेश कुमार को केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल से यह सब करने का आदेश कौन दे रहा था ?

क्योंकर ERO NET की जगह ECI NET लाया गया?

Indian Express के अनुसार राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर SIR लागू करने की निगरानी तीनों चुनाव आयुक्त कर रहे थे। लेकिन उनमें से दो, सुखबीर सिंह संधू और विवेक जोशी, ने पिछले 10 महीनों में कम से कम 14 बार आधिकारिक तौर पर आपत्ति जताई है — एक ही दिन में चार बार — उनका कहना है कि जो फैसले लिए गए और जो आदेश जारी किए गए, वे उनकी जानकारी के बिना हुए।

यानि मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त मनमानी कर रहे हैं जैसी उनके बारे में शंकाएं थीं ।
