• It is to inform “The Honourable Prime Minister” of India about Land fraud done by Maqsood Alam Jafri (Badsha), Syed Mukhtar Ali and their associates at Muza Karal Bagl, Tehsil Sadar, Pargana Chayl, District Prayagraj, Allahabad, UP
• They sold us land in Arazi number 262 / 81 and gave possession on Arzai number 51 which is Ceiling Land according to the report of Lekhpal Shiv Prasad Bhola
• They sold approximately 3000 Sq. Gaz land in Arazi number 262 / 81 and around one third buyers do not know about their land real arazi.
• F.I.R was lodged in various IPC section in Thana karali, Prayag, Allahabad, UP, India against Syed Mukhtar ali, Maqsood Alam Jafri (Badsha) and his associates but they say that Thana Karali is totally managed by us and they will do everything in our favour
• Thana Karali has not taken any action against them till date and neither charge sheet been submitted by them to the Honourable Court
• Maqsood Alam Jafri and his associates are threatening us for dire consequences if case not been withdrawn.
• Firstly, they threatened us to implicate in false cases if case not been withdrawn. When we refuses they implicated us in 10 false cases under 156 / 3
• They filed these cases to pressurise us and to force us to accept their term and conditions and ceiling land on which registry has been done or face dire consequences.
• SIMRA builder Directors Maqsood Alam Jafri (Badsha) his wife Andleep (Director) and company undisclosed partners Nelofar, Suabur Rehman, Anees and Dashrat Kalra are involve in real estate crimes. They are selling one piece of land to many people and cases are in court
• Maqsood Alam Jafri (Badsha) to settle the matter offered us his house which has market value of 20 - 25 lakh approximately and 3 lakh INR weakly but later they deposited 1.5 Lakh only
• Request to the Hon’ble Prime minister of India to transfer this case to Crime Branch for fair investigation.
• Request to the Hon’ble Prime minister of India to save our life from these real estate mafia. They are anti-social elements and threat to a nation security

With due respect I “S.M.Tariq Zafar” want to inform you that I am working in Oman Collage of Management and Technology, Sultanate of Oman as a faculty in Department of Administrative and Financial Sciences.
Sir, the information which I want to bring in your kind notice is about the fraudulent practices carried out by the SIMRA Builders and Developers Private Ltd “Maqsood Alam Jafri (Managing Director) his wife Andleep Jafri (Director) and their associates Nelofer, Suabur Rehman, Anees (Laddo) and Dashrat Kalara
This company is involved in real estate business and have many running sites at various part of District Prayagraj (Allahabad). They are selling land in Arazi Number 262 / 81(0.354-hectare, 3540 square Meter, 4234 Squire Gaz), at Mauza Karalabagh, Tehsil Sadar, Chayel Pargana. In this arazi they have sold us 700 squire gaz land (100 Sq. Gaz land to my wife Asma Tariq and 600 Sq. Gaz Land to S.M.Tariq Zafar) on 27th July 2018 and cheated us.
They projected arazi number 51 (Ceiling Land) as an Arazi number 262 / 81 and sold us. All the money (40 lakh and 40 thousand) was transferred in the bank account of Maqsood Alam Jafri (Badsha) managing director of SIMRA Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd. through RTGS. Later after registry they constructed boundary wall under their supervision and for this we paid them additional 4 lakh INR.
After registry we came to know about the hidden fact that Arazi number 262 / 81 is disputed land and have permanent stay on it. Further we came to know that the land on which possession is given and boundary wall has been constructed by them is arazi number 51 which is government land. We approached to the Police department and met IPS officer Mr Swikriti Madhav Mishra he forwarded the application to Thana Karali, then Thana informed Lekhpal and later lekhpal Shiv Bhola came with his associate and assessed the land and confirmed that this land is not arazi number 262 / 81, but it is arazi number 51 and submitted his report, which was duly signed by Kanoon Goh and Tehsildar Mr Abhinav.
After this we went to Thana karali and gave application with Lekhpal report. Station officer of that time called Mr Maqsood Alam Jafri (Badsha). He came next day with 3 jeeps full of his supporters to meet police officer and assured us that he will pay back all the money with all incurred expenses including boundary construction. Later to console us he gave post dated Cheques of full amount 44.40 Lakh (including boundary wall money). According to his instruction we deposited cheques in bank for payment, but all the time cheque bounced and we informed Maqsood Alam Jafri (Badsha) about the cheque dishonour due to insufficient balance. Then we filed F.I.R against them in Karali Police Station (F.I.R No 0608), Prayagraj, Allahabad, U.P. and later we filed case against him under138 NI Act.
When Honest and dedicated IPS officer Mr Swikriti became aggressive on them then they offered their one house which holds market value of 20 to 25 lakh, constructed on Nuzul land at Karamat ki Chauki on Arazi number 555 / 1, Rakba 0.314 Hectare Moza karali, Tayhsil sadar, Pargana Chayel, Prayagraj, and Allahabad. This house is registered in Nagar Nigam, Allahabad, 18 H / 37E / 1 – I – Choki Karamat Ki. By mistake this house is registered in the name of Masud Ahamad in-spite of Maqsood Alam Jafri Son of Baddiuddin. They told us that after rectifying the error in Nagar Nigam Maqsood Alam Jafri will transfer it to Asma Tariq to patch up the case.
During this time period honest, bold and dedicated IPS officer Mr Swikriti Madhav Mishra got transferred. Knowing the transfer of IPS officer they became fearless and came up with new proposal of conspiracy in which Maqsood Alam Jafri said that he will transfer the house worth 25 Lakh INR constructed on Nuzul land after name correction and remaining amount he will pay 3 lakh INR weakly and will pay off entire amount within 2 to 3 months. According to his payment plan Maqsood Alam Jafri deposited 1.5 lakh INR in S.M.Tariq Zafars SBI Karali branch Bank Account dated 15.01.2019 and informed my wife about the payment and said he will keep on depositing the amount as he will manage.
After this payment they became silent and did not contact her for any financial transfer according to their proposal. Then she went to Qotwali and met SP City and gave application and informed the entire matter to him. SP City gave order to the staff and called investigating officer Mr Kuldeep Yaday. Later on 29th April Investigating officer came to meet Asma Tariq at home and gave F.I.R copy which was done by the wife of Maqsood Alam Jafri under Section 156 / 3 IPC through court against us. In this Maqsood Alam Jafri wife has implicated us in 10 false cases in which 1.5 lakh INR is shown as money extortion on gun point by my wife.
The Directors of SIMIRA Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd Maqsood Alam Jafri and his wife Andaleeb Siddiquie are serial offenders and selling one piece of land to many people. They sold 300, squire gaz lands in same arazi 262 / 81 to Mr Kushwaha in 2016 and till date he is running here and there for land or refund but in last he filed F.I.R and case is in court know. They sold 100 gaz to Wandana, 133 Sq. Gaz land to Asma Begam on 10th May 2018 in same arazi and gave the possession on which land still not known.
Maqsood Alam Jafri (Badsha) resides near to the Karali police station. He did not have stay and his application has been dismissed by the Honourable Court, but he is living in his house and moving freely, selling land in the same arazi and going to his office according to his routine.
He openly warned my wife that you and your husband are only two people in family and both of you will be eliminated if case not been withdrawn. Who will file case on us, if it is been filed then who will follow it and later it will be in our favour and entire land and money will be ours. He is sending his men to sign their agreement and withdraw the case otherwise face dire consequences. They are highly criminal oriented and have cases in Karali police stations.
Many people have filed F.I.R on Maqsood Alam Jafri (Badsha) and Sayed Mukhtar Ali in the same Arazi 262 / 81. Other director of the company Andleep and their group members Suabur Rehman, Anees and Dashrat, are not afraid of law and order and say that police will do what they desire. They consider themselves that they are above law and can do anything. They are operating on more than 500 bigah of land in District Prayagraj. Such kind of group is threat to the nation as they can do anything for money.
It is my humble request to the Prime Minister of India that do not favours us but transfer the case to Crime Branch for fair investigation and help us and protect our life from such Land Mafia.

They told us that after rectifying the error in Nagar Nigam Maqsood Alam Jafri will transfer it to Asma Tariq to patch up the case.
During this time period honest, bold and dedicated IPS officer Mr Swikriti Madhav Mishra got transferred. Knowing the transfer of IPS officer they became fearless and came up with new proposal of conspiracy in which Maqsood Alam Jafri said that he will transfer the house worth 25 Lakh INR constructed on Nuzul land after name correction and remaining amount he will pay 3 lakh INR weakly and will pay off entire amount within 2 to 3 months. According to his payment plan Maqsood Alam Jafri deposited 1.5 lakh INR in S.M.Tariq Zafars SBI Karali branch Bank Account dated 15.01.2019 and informed my wife about the payment and said he will keep on depositing the amount as he will manage.
After this payment they became silent and did not contact her for any financial transfer according to their proposal. Then she went to Qotwali and met SP City and gave application and informed the entire matter to him. SP City gave order to the staff and called investigating officer Mr Kuldeep Yaday. Later on 29th April Investigating officer came to meet Asma Tariq at home and gave F.I.R copy which was done by the wife of Maqsood Alam Jafri under Section 156 / 3 IPC through court against us. In this Maqsood Alam Jafri wife has implicated us in 10 false cases in which 1.5 lakh INR is shown as money extortion on gun point by my wife.
The Directors of SIMIRA Builders and Developers Pvt. Ltd Maqsood Alam Jafri and his wife Andaleeb Siddiquie are serial offenders and selling one piece of land to many people. They sold 300, squire gaz lands in same arazi 262 / 81 to Mr Kushwaha in 2016 and till date he is running here and there for land or refund but in last he filed F.I.R and case is in court know. They sold 100 gaz to Wandana, 133 Sq. Gaz land to Asma Begam on 10th May 2018 in same arazi and gave the possession on which land still not known.
Maqsood Alam Jafri (Badsha) resides near to the Karali police station. He did not have stay and his application has been dismissed by the Honourable Court, but he is living in his house and moving freely, selling land in the same arazi and going to his office according to his routine.
He openly warned my wife that you and your husband are only two people in family and both of you will be eliminated if case not been withdrawn. Who will file case on us, if it is been filed then who will follow it and later it will be in our favour and entire land and money will be ours. He is sending his men to sign their agreement and withdraw the case otherwise face dire consequences. They are highly criminal oriented and have cases in Karali police stations.
Many people have filed F.I.R on Maqsood Alam Jafri (Badsha) and Sayed Mukhtar Ali in the same Arazi 262 / 81. Other director of the company Andleep and their group members Suabur Rehman, Anees and Dashrat, are not afraid of law and order and say that police will do what they desire. They consider themselves that they are above law and can do anything. They are operating on more than 500 bigah of land in District Prayagraj. Such kind of group is threat to the nation as they can do anything for money.
It is my humble request to the Prime Minister of India that do not favours us but transfer the case to Crime Branch for fair investigation and help us and protect our life from such Land Mafia.
