Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee Swimming Pool Complex, formerly known as “Talkatora Swimming Stadium” was created for hosting the discipline of swimming for the 1982 Asian Games. For the 2010 Commonwealth Games, it was redeveloped. Post the games, the stadium was handed back to Sports Authority of India in May 2011 by the Organising Committee, CWG 2010 Delhi. Infrastructure:
