We ask children to remember information.
But we rarely give that information a place to live.

A story gives it a home. A person. A choice. A reason.

That’s why he remembers Raju who had to leave his village, but forgets the definition on the next page.

Not storytelling for fun. Story as context.

Save for your next class. Share with a teacher who needs this.

Maybe you’re not “not creative.”

Maybe you just stopped trying because you thought you had to be good at it.

Creativity needs room to be messy, awkward, experimental and sometimes… just bad.

Because before we create something good, we have to be allowed to create something that isn’t.

What if we stopped correcting every “wrong” answer?

Sometimes, children don’t need the right answer immediately. They need the freedom to try, make mistakes, ask questions, and see where their ideas take them.

Because when we give children space to explore, a mistake can become an experiment and an experiment can become a discovery.

Creativity doesn’t grow from being told what to do.
It grows when children are given the space and opportunity to find out for themselves.

Space + Opportunity + Freedom to fail = Creativity.

That’s where learning begins. 🌱

What if Teachers’ Day was also about what teachers learn from their students?

A classroom is never a one-way conversation.

Teachers bring knowledge, experience and intention. Students bring questions, curiosity, different perspectives and sometimes, answers the teacher didn’t expect.

Good teaching isn’t only about having the right answers.
It is also about listening, noticing and creating space for students to explore.

That is one of the things experiential learning makes possible.

Through theatre, storytelling, movement, music and play, learning can become something students experience, not just something they are taught.

This Teachers’ Day, we celebrate the teachers who teach and continue to learn, too.

Happy Teachers’ Day.

What if learning could begin with a story, a movement, or a character?

At the Ladakh Book Festival, children explored learning through creative expression across three sessions.

In Drama Discovery, 500+ children used storytelling, characters and theatre exercises to step into different worlds. Clown Town Express, with 600+ participants, encouraged them to play with character, imagination and expression. In Dance & Body Movement, another 600+ children explored rhythm, energy and the body as a way to communicate.

Held from 17–19 August in collaboration with the National Book Trust, the sessions created space to participate, experiment and express.

For us at Rebine, these experiences reaffirm something simple: sometimes, children understand more when they get to experience it first.

Language Development in Action: Story Reading & Roleplay 📚✨️

Language is caught, not just taught!
In our specialized workshop with English educators at Darshan Academy, we focused on accelerating language development through story reading, storytelling, and role-play.

Using drama and interactive expression, teachers explored creative ways to enhance students' reading fluency, listening skills, and vocabulary. These practical tools empower learners to speak confidently, think critically, and express themselves naturally in English.

When language learning is rooted in stories and expression, fluency follows effortlessly.
