Applications are being invited from eligible and deserving individuals, including advocates, retired officers, judges, bureaucrats, public-spirited persons, social workers, and lawyers, for the upcoming 12th and 13th 40-Hour Paid Mediation Training Programme on Techniques & Concepts of Mediation. This training program is organized by the Delhi Dispute Resolution Society (Regd.), Department of Law, Justice & Legislative Affairs, Government of NCT of Delhi.

Please note that the submission of an application does not guarantee selection for the training program. The selection process involves assessing the eligibility and qualifications of applicants by the Selection Committee(s).

On May 27, 2023, a one-day refresher course was held at the Auditorium, Delhi Secretariat, for the esteemed Mediators stationed at various Mediation Centres of the DDRS. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Hon'ble Mr. Justice M.L. Mehta, Chairman of DDRS, Dr. Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain, Judge at Delhi High Court, Ms. Anuja Saxena, Advisor at DDRS, Ms. Prachi Mehta, an accomplished International Mediator, and Ms. Anveeksha Tripathi Jain, an expert Organizational Psychologist.

The refresher course proved to be an enriching experience for all the Mediators, providing them with an opportunity to brush up and revise their knowledge on crucial topics such as the drafting of settlements, understanding implicit biases, and effectively handling the psychological aspects involved in mediation proceedings.

The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks extended to the distinguished dignitaries, expressing gratitude for their valuable presence and insightful contributions.

Day 6 of the 11th 40 Hours Mediation Training Programme on 07.05.2023 was an extraordinary and memorable day for all involved. We were privileged to have the esteemed presence of two distinguished individuals, DrRenu Aggarwal and Mr. K.K. Mukhija, as our trainers. Their expertise and guidance added immense value to the program.

The encouraging words of Hon'ble Justice M.L Mehta, Chairman, DDRS uplifted the spirits of all the participants, instilling a sense of motivation and determination to excel in the field of mediation.

Ms. Anuja Saxena, a renowned figure in the realm of Training of Mediation, graced us with her presence and shared her invaluable insights. Her enlightening session provided a fresh perspective on the importance of effective communication and interpersonal skills in mediation.

As the day progressed, the participants showcased their talents through various performances. It was a delightful sight to witness the diverse talents of the participants, from singing to the vote of thanks. These performances not only entertained but also fostered a sense of camaraderie and unity among the participants.

The day culminated with a heartfelt vote of thanks by the participants. They expressed their gratitude to the trainers, organizers, and fellow participants for making the training program a resounding success. The vote of thanks served as a testament to the warm and inclusive atmosphere that prevailed throughout the program.

On the last day of the training program, a palpable sense of happiness and contentment filled the air. The participants had undergone an enriching journey of learning and personal growth over the course of the program. They had developed a deep understanding of mediation, techniques, and ethical considerations.

The participants were elated with the knowledge and skills they had acquired during the training program.
