Now People Should Get At Least 99 Paise Per Rupee: Rahul Gandhi

Speaking about the revolutionary Direct Benefits Transfer system, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi said in Jaipur, “My father used to speak about 15 paisa to the rupee, reaching the people. Today we are preparing a system that is going to ensure 99 percent delivery, and people’s money reaching them directly into their bank account through Aadhar network. This is a unique system and except UPA, no other government across the world has done it.”

कांग्रेस उपाध्यक्ष के तौर पर अपने पहले भाषण में राहुल गांधी ने कहा ‘‘भारत के लोग अब मेरा जीवन हैं और मैं भारत के लोगों के लिए लड़ता रहूंगा। मेरे पास जो कुछ भी है उससे मैं लड़ूंगा और मैं आप सभी का आवाह्न करता हूं कि खड़े हो जाएं इस लड़ाई को लड़ने के लिये।’’ उन्होंने आगे कहा कि ‘‘राष्ट्रों का निर्माण योजनाओं और परियोजनाओं पर नहीं होता। वे आशा की नींव पर आगे बढ़ते हैं। मैं यहां इसलिये खड़ा हूं क्योंकि मुझे विश्वास है कि कांग्रेस पार्टी इस आशा का प्रतीक है और इसमें इसे साकार करने की क्षमता है।’’
