Pahal- a step forward. This NGO is run by students of the Amity University, Noida along with the students of DU. Our organization aims to help the people socially and legally.

Pahal is a step forward towards the ray of hope that would turn a new page in lives of many destroying the darkness and welcoming a new morning. Where all the dreams, which resides in the eyes and hearts of every true Indian would become a reality. Pahal is all about working for the society with an army (work force) of people, who not only dream of a change but are also ready to foster the wounds

of society, by a vision of constructing and altering different blocks of the society part by part. We also aim to help those who deserve to develop and proceed in their life, and before all that we make sure that we fill the vacuum of their lives. This further highlights the main motive behind the establishment of this NGO. We, a group of people who have joined hands and voluntarily have come forward to take a step, an initiative to bring a change to lend a hand.

Since long time some ones right to life have infrinched ones right to life with dignity...not allowing abortion to the r**e victim was a big question mark on women's dignity and even is the child is born do his right to life consists dignity?
this question is simply answered by the court in this judgement

A 14-year-old Indian girl who became pregnant after allegedly being r**ed is due to undergo a late-term abortion after Supreme Court's intervention.
