A recent visit to ISKCON Temple, Dwarka, was a deeply meaningful experience. Joining the devotees in prayers and aarti offered a moment of peace, reflection and gratitude.

The teachings of Shri Krishna, particularly the message of the Bhagavad Gita, continue to offer profound insights into how we approach our duties, respond to difficult circumstances and make choices in life. They remind us to do our work with sincerity while staying grounded in faith and conviction.

On the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami, may these timeless teachings inspire us to live with greater wisdom, compassion and purpose.

श्रीकृष्ण जन्माष्टमी की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएँ।

A strong university-industry relationship can boost ideas and create opportunities to move from research and learning to application and enterprise. With this objective, the 𝐈𝐏𝐔-𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐈𝐏𝐔-𝐈𝐈𝐅), 𝐆𝐆𝐒𝐈𝐏𝐔, 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐔 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 (𝐂𝐂𝐈 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚), creating a strong platform for our students and faculty to engage with industry, entrepreneurship, incubation and mentorship. I truly see this association as an opportunity to bring greater industry perspective into the innovation and entrepreneurship efforts of the University.

It was a pleasure to visit 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬, 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐣𝐩𝐞𝐭, 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐚 and deliver an interactive session on “𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝟎 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬.” What stood out was the enthusiasm of the students and the warmth of the faculty, with conversations continuing beyond the formal session and across the campus. The openness and engagement of the students made the interaction particularly memorable.

I appreciate 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐥 𝐌𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐡, 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 for the warm reception and the enriching exchanges during the visit. Quality services build trust and standardisation provides the foundation for consistency, excellence and innovation.

Shared my perspectives on service sector standardisation, particularly in education and learning services and the role of quality frameworks in building globally benchmarked systems for a Viksit Bharat.

The Tricolour carries the story of the India we inherited and the promise of the India we will build. On the occasion of the 80th Independence Day, I had the honour of hoisting the National Flag at the East Delhi Campus of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Our faculty members, officers, staff and students came together to mark the occasion with pride and enthusiasm.

As India moves from 1947 towards 2047, the vision of a Viksit Bharat calls for a generation ready to shape the future. Gen Z and Gen Alpha will have a defining role in this journey, bringing new ideas, digital fluency, creativity and fresh perspectives to the challenges before us.

At GGSIPU, our responsibility is to give our students the knowledge, opportunities and confidence to turn their potential into meaningful progress. The India we envision for 2047 will be shaped by the young minds we empower today.

It was an honour to lead the Tiranga Yatra at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka Campus, as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign commemorating the 80th Independence Day of India. Beginning from the Central Vista, the Yatra brought together faculty members, officers, staff and students in a proud display of patriotism and unity.

The Yatra was followed by the hoisting of our National Flag in front of the Main Auditorium. The University community also paid tribute to the spirit of Vande Mataram and the sacrifices of the freedom fighters who gave us our Independence.

I appreciate the efforts of the NSS and NCC Cells of GGSIPU and I also thank our students, faculty and staff for their enthusiastic participation.

Today, at Kartavya Path, I, along with the students of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, joined the 𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐘𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐚 as the nation moves towards its 𝟖𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲. The Yatra was held in the presence of 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢 𝐍𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐢, 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐲𝐚 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲, 𝐒𝐦𝐭. 𝐑𝐞𝐤𝐡𝐚 𝐆𝐮𝐩𝐭𝐚 𝐉𝐢, 𝐇𝐨𝐧’𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐡𝐢, 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢 𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐒𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐉𝐢, 𝐇𝐨𝐧’𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐂𝐓 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐡𝐢 and other distinguished leaders and dignitaries.

Seeing our students march with enthusiasm, pride and purpose through the heart of our national capital was deeply inspiring, with the 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬.

For them, this was more than a yatra. It was a moment to remember the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and to recognise the responsibility that rests on today’s youth to shape the nation’s future. Their presence at Kartavya Path was a powerful reflection of the confidence, energy and sense of responsibility of India’s young generation.
