It was a pleasure to chair a thematic session on 'Multispecialty & Holistic Education' during the Northern Zone Vice-Chancellors' Conference on the "Implementation of NEP 2020," organized by UGC at Panjab University, Chandigarh. The event provided a distinguished platform to present our accomplishments under NEP 2020 and deliberate on prospective initiatives, with more than 250 Universities participating in the event.
The Conference's agenda was strategically aligned with the imperative goals of NEP 2020, emphasizing constructive discourse on its successful implementation. It was inaugurated by Shri Bandaru Dattatreya, Hon'ble Governor of Haryana, and Prof. M Jagadesh Kumar, Chairman of the University Grants Commission, and attended by Vice-Chancellors from the Northern Zone.

On World Patient Safety Day, it was a pleasure to address the inaugural session at the NABH Patient Safety Conference 2023 (NPSC'23). During this significant event, NABH's latest standards were officially launched in the presence of Mr Jaxay Shah, Chairperson, QCI, Dr Ravi P. Singh, Secretary General, QCI, Dr Atul Mohan Kochhar, CEO, NABH, and the esteemed board members of QCI and NABH. Noteworthy highlights included the signing of MoUs between:
-The NABH and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, aimed at establishing the Chair of Quality at the GGSIPU Campus.
-NABH and the Koita Foundation for Digital Health Initiatives.
-NABH and NATHEALTH for Healthcare Quality Promotional Initiatives.
The conference also marked the official launch of the NABH- NATHEALTH Patient Safety Microsite and featured multiple Accolades and Honours, including the recognition of NABH Quality Connect Grants and Best Practices Club Awards.

Our University collaborated with BSES Yamuna Power Limited for "Green Delhi" Corporate Social Responsibility tree plantation initiative by planting 500 trees. Aligned with our commitment to environmental stewardship and community engagement, this event was held at our newly established East Campus, Surajmal Vihar, Delhi. Witnessing the enthusiastic participation of our students, faculty members and the wider community was truly heartening.
The presence of Sh. Amarjeet Singh, CEO of BSES Yamuna Power Limitedand Sh. Pradeep Kumar Das, CMD, IREDA made this initiative a grand success. Together, we not only planted trees but also sowed the seeds of a sustainable and greener future for our city.
